Hey brothers, new poster here, been lurking for a quite a while off and on but only recently picked this site back up. Reason being I am finally starting my journey to Longville. I will give you my story, then what I am doing and what my goals are.
Background
I am early 40s and in good health. Like many here I was not blessed with what I would call an adequate penis. My whole adult life it's measured 5 inches (NBP) erect and 4.9 inches EG. It's not tiny, but just not big enough. And when flaccid it often shrivels right up to almost nothing. I often use ED medication (can buy OTC where I live) which helps in that I find while on them, my penis hangs a lot longer flaccid, to the point where it's not even that embarrassing when I am naked around a girl. But anyway, normally times at the trough in the toilets with other guys standing beside me are pretty uncomfortable, I usually just try to get it over with as fast as possible.
About 20 years ago I went to see a surgeon and booked in for a lengthening procedure. The cost was to be $7,000 AUD. Two days before the op I chickened out and canceled, but over the years off and on I have considered surgery before finally deciding it's not for me. I knew about PE but never really gave it a go, I don't know why.

Starting Out
So about 10 days ago I strapped it on for the first time. Started with medium sleeve and bell, but medium sleeve was not holding suction so started using the small one. It's really tight and a bugger to take off, I am kinda in-between sizes, but it's definitely the right starting size for me. First couple of days I wore it as long as I could, and after about 2 days dispensed with the glans protector thing, bit of a waste of time I think. Started in green range, but now after 10 days I am pretty much in the yellow and will go to red maybe next week.
First week I wore it the conventional way, like a belt, where the penis is stretched horizontally. At night often I wake up with a boner and it's pretty uncomfortable so I take it of and go back to bed and start again the next day so I lost a few hours because of that.
A few days ago I started to add something else... a 'Horizontal Hang', if you will. First I take a hot shower to heat up my penis for what is to come so it's nice and supple. The I attach the sleeve and bell to my penis, lie in bed, attach the coupling device/strap then put the padded circle down near my toes so everything is laid out in front of me. Then I hook my big toe through the padded circle, and stretch out my leg. Oh my goodness does it give a great pull on the little fella! Can immediately feel the ligament stretching, which doesn't really happen when wearing the PF the normal way due to the direction the penis is facing (i.e. the ligament does not seem to get activated that way). I stretch it out as far as is comfortable and just hold it there for a while, have been doing about half an hour at the moment. Every now and then I will take the tension slightly off my bending my leg to give the ligament a little break, but then stretch it right out again and hold it. This is a great exercise to do while just lying in bed tapping away on the laptop, reading a book or listening to music. It's like hanging, but better because I am constantly altering the tension (“weight”) according to my comfort level. Needless to say, after at least half an hour of doing this, when I take off the PF, I have a mini elephant trunk hanging down there hahaha (ok, not really but the head does hang past the bottom of my ball sack which it has never done in my life, so that is a good yardstick!). It looks good in the mirror and gives me great confidence that I am on the right track.
After doing this I then strap the PF on the conventional way and try to wear it for at least 10 hours a day (been averaging about 8 per day so far I guess). So far no other exercises in the routine, but I will probably start some soon. My feeling is I will be able to get some pretty good gains just doing what I am doing (especially the “Horizontal Hang”). So far have not had any problems, no bruising or pain so fingers crossed that continues.
Goals
My goals are not really very ambitious, I would love to get to 7 inches NBPEL and 6 inches EG to me that would be perfect. I don't want a monster penis, just something I can be proud of. One of my dreams in life is to streak at a big sporting event, and if I ever reach my goal I promised myself I will do it. People will laugh at my stupidity but they will not be laughing at my old fella
