Well I have been doing a solid routine for around a year now but I did it off and on starting a feew years back...

I would say I stretch around 30 minutes a day.

I am trying to concentrate on girth with clamping mainly.

I also grip it downward..I just used that method for the pics so you could see the head fullly...

As for the gains between flaccid and erect, I dont know really. Thats a great question...

Hmm, honestly I am very lazy when it comes to holding a long stretch, I would say around 20 seconds. My hands usually sleep or become tired, so I keep them short. I don't know how many tugs but I usually stretch for 30 minutes or so per day. I always grip at the glans, never tried the base..not really sure how that would work actually.

You grip the base?
 
20 seconds is about it for me as well. I grip at mid-shaft and near the base if I get sore closer to the glans. That area near the circumcision scar is very sensitive ever since I injured it.

I meant using a cable clamp...lock it in place for 10 mintutes at a time. Thats what I am doing...its supposed to be the mother of girth exercises...
