Hey everybody,

So I am starting this new log because my last endeavor into hanging, which was fruitful in that I did gain a bit, ultimately didn't help me reach my goal because I became very inconsistent. Part of the reason I stopped or was on again off again was because of life issues, moving, lack of motivation, etc. One of the big reasons hanging became a pain was because sitting at the edge of a chair with weights hanging off my dick for hours a day was extremely uncomfortable. The biggest change I have made at this point, and I am still in the testing phase of this, is that I now put my hanger on and use a long cord to hang the weight off the end of my bed while I am laying down. This basically turns into a Straight Down (SD) stretch and is very comfortable. With this change I hope to accumulate hours of hanging a day all from the comfort of my bed.

I will post my current stats in a few days after I refrain from ejaculating for a while. In that post I will also write my goals and all that good stuff. Onward!

So I measured and it looks like I failed to cement some of my previous gains. The good news is I am starting from this new measurement and this time I will remember the angle I measured at and thus will be able to better compare. Here are the stats I find important as of now, and keep in mind my goal for now is length.

Curent BPEL: 7.25 inches
Goal BPEL: 10.5 inches
Weight: 291

Hey everyone, so I did a few more days of hanging and forgot to record them, but more importantly I stopped for about a week for various reasons. I am now back and going to go hard at this for a while. I will do a minimum of 3 sets a day from now on, and hopefully more like 4.

How much is the distance between the weight and where you have connected?

So I decided that doing 30 minute sets was too much of a hassle, so I have begun doing 45 minute sets now. This is easier because I don't have to go through the hassle of setting up the hanger again more than once. The only downside is I need longer in between sets or else my penis gets too numb during the set. Another great thing about longer sets is that for some reason it feels like my penis gets a better stretch.

The longer you stretch the longer you will become in any and all flaccid stretching techniques.

With any stretching there will need to be a break and depending on what type of stretching you are doing and how intense it is determines how long of a break. With manual stretching there is usually sets of 30 to 60 seconds with an equal break as you get into heavier training the break time may be longer.
 
Be sure to work some upward stretching into the routine, maybe 10 minutes a day, this will greatly help your efforts working against the SD.

I'll start doing that. Right now I am just trying to find the most amount of time I can squeeze into a single hanging set without hurting myself. That will increase my time under tension.

This will truly help budge gains forward. When we work in one direction it is always smart to work the opposite direction to gain from that direction also.

numbers based on use of trimix to achieve erection, no fluid from pumping just solid hardness

wife hasn't seen it in six months - work distant, last time loved the thickness, her DT was excellent, hit sore spot at cervix

Without a doubt it does feel great, my hands are average size.

I now only need the ability to gauge the depth of water in toilets, can only do the temperature now.

It was a lot of fun when I started and had to add more threaded rod sections for length.

Typically I’d max out the tension by adjusting the base rods.

Many years ago, I guess I was about 4.5 mid girth, pretty straight to the base, with a very small glans which would never fill out.

I targeted the glans and girth initially with the ballooning and clamping.

Now I need to target the length.

The girth gains are coming faster than I want, primarily due to the high vacuum I use pumping.
There is a good inch between my thumb and fingers at the base with an erection, I can barely touch just below the glans.

I hate to stop pumping, the growing and stretching feels great, I think I will just keep the vacuum to about 5.

The unstated story is that about six months ago, my wife felt the growth was due to the testosterone injections I take weekly.

The difference from then to now is very noticeable, I’ll have to tell her I upped the dosage.
I think she would recommend a cessation if she knew of the PE tools.

The moderators have clearly posted warnings regarding the use of extreme PE techniques, for good reason.

My gains were obtained at a price.

Just a few years ago, clamping and ballooning induced bleeding inside the tip of my penis.
The result was of course no sex, no nothing for at least a week at a time.

I believe that I have hardened (scarred) my unit to the point that I have not seen a recurrence in over six months, even though I has been pushing the limits more often.

A long (hours) pumping session once resulted in blistering across the head of my penis, and the donut effect.

I have learned that while pumping, you increase the vacuum in increments and release it after the penis stops elongating.

Pumping to my maximum of 8.8 inches is a multi-step affair which takes about a half hour.

Typically pump until painful or elongation stops, release and begin again.
You will notice at each step that the length of the penis upon release of the vacuum is slightly longer at each step.

Getting the penis length and girth to expand for me did not happen quickly until I went to the extreme vacuum of 15 and higher.
Initially it is quite painful, but if released and restarted has not caused any negative side effects for me.

Please be careful out there.
 
With the more extreme work gains do come faster but risks of injury increase too. I consider myself extreme in a safe way, the work I do is quite a bit but it is all geared towards a balance of gaining and healing that prevent injury.

I am totally new to posting and proper etiquette.
Since I am new, my rights on certain sites are limited and I was uncertain how to create new threads.
That is now past.

In regards to your efforts, I haven't done any type of hanging in over thirty years.
When I did it I was not dedicated and as a result never saw any gains.

It will work for you, techniques and success stories are everywhere.
Personally, I do not have enough free time to be dedicated to it, even though it would accomplish my personal goal of adding length but not much girth.

I have hung with more than 50 pounds and made only minimal gains (4 sets of 20 minutes).

I have decided that starting tomorrow I am going to hang no less than three hours a day every single day for the next three months. I am currently 7.5 inches BPEL at best, and if I don't reach a minimum of somewhere between 7.75-8 inches BPEL by the end of that time I am going to set hanging aside. Instead I am going to get seriously into jelqing and see if that gives me better results. That being said, I still think hanging can be a great way to gain length.

3 hours a day sounds like a good routine. Hanging does take longer than other length methods but it requires no work on your end plus you can multi-task while training.
