So this is my routine, any suggestions will be welcomed
I try to do this everyday if not i try to do some of it especially manually stretching and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] work.
Warm up, usually sit in a hot bath massaging to loosen everything up
Manual Stretching 3 sets of 30sec hold each direction.
straight out
to the left
to the right
straight up
behing left check
behind right check
straight behind centre
Once manual stretching has been completed i strap into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] for 1hr, rest 10 mins then strap back in for 1 more hr.
Rest for 1/2 hour or so.
Girth,
200 jelqs into 5 mins clamping then 10 mins in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], i repeat this 3 times
Total 600 jelq, 15 mins clamping and 30 mins in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].
so far i am not to sure on any gains from this routine, when i started with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] on the 26/6/11 i measured 6 bpel x 5 eg.
In the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] i am stretching to 7" bpel and after my girth workout i am hitting 5.5" eg.
In the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] i have got 160
I dont plan on measuring until october 1st.
My first measurement from when i started Penis Enlargement were,
4.8 EL 4.73 EG so i am fairly confident of reaching my goal of 7" nbpel x 5.5 eg
