forgot to tell about my length...I remember when I started I had no chance of getting my dick past the 18,5 cm mark on the ruler....now I am definety able to do that...last i measured it was around 18,8......the maximum measurement was there atleast....
 
i measured yesterday and was able to hit 19cm....of course my size may not be this all the time but the fact that I was able to reach that mark several times indicates that my average size must have grown....i haven't Penis Enlargement'ed for the past three days, so that just helped me loosen up the dick....just like working out in the gym....one's muscles are actually bigger on the day of rest....but anyways....something has definitely happened after many months of nothing....
for me doing it 5 days a week seems to be what has made the difference...before I did 1 on and 1 off....and even though this works well for me when training my body at the gym....i don't think it translates to the dick.....enjoy the weekend!

relax6, Don't second guess yourself, you made some progress and I congratulate you on your success. Much of Penis Enlargement is finding what works best for you and sticking with it and it looks as though you are on the right track.

nov 14 - nov 19 - 6 days , which totals 94 workouts......i am definitely getting bigger in circumference...just measure at the base and it was just below 14 cm....when i started it was just around 12 cm.....how can make the middle part and head of the dick bigger/thicker?
regarding the length - haven't measured and it's of course difficult to spot a change of 0,1 - 0,3 cm....but maybe it's gotten bigger.....isn't length harder to get??

i guess is depends how much one does of jelqing and stretching - i never did jelqs before i started here , so obviously doing that will show a distinct difference in terms of thickness

this week i did 6 workouts? do any of you know what is best - of course it varies, but under all circumstances having a break will always be good
 
What's up relax6, good to see a guy from Denmark here, there's not many of us in the wonderful world of Penis Enlargement.

I would say that girth is considered to be hardest to gain, but of course it varies from person to person.

Breaks are good, but if you're gaining with six days a week, and don't have any erection difficulties and you feel you can handle it, then I think you can work out six days a week, no problem.

Where are you from in Denmark? I'm from Copenhagen.

not gonna bother counting the number og workouts anymore...before i did 1 dat on and 1 off....so i guess when i started doing 5 on and 2 off i wanted to see what the difference was in number of workouts...
now i have done it for five months....when i started this routine i had reached a point where i simply wasn't gaining (after a few years og Penis Enlargement'ing with good gains)
last night i measured...it was about 19cm.....even though i only hot this point on some of the meaurements ..it once again shows that something has happened....
so about 1 cm in 5 months (some weeks i took breaks, so 5 probably equals 4 months)
npt fantastic but definitely good enough for me....thanks to red and double d for encouraging me......
if I were to pass on one piece of advice...it's of course difficult to pass on one "universal truth" about Penis Enlargement because like lifting weights different things work for different people....
for me doing 5 days on and 2 off has made a difference....(not always strictly 5 on and 2 off, but 5 within a week)
and doing plenty of wet jelqs...don't bother counting them....makes you lose focus....just do it for a specific amount of minutes ( at least 30 minutes - 40 minutes would be perfect)....stretches i did for 25 - 35 minutes...

Just read your post..i'm also from copenhagen.yeah there aren't too many people from Copenhagen here and i don't think that many do Penis Enlargement....i also think a lot of people are just too busy and wouldn't stick with Penis Enlargement.....

too bad for the Danish women...hehe....i read about survey which said that a really high percentage of women in relationships are dissatisfied with their the penis size of their boyfriend....

anyways hope you had a good new year's eve in copenhagen and got to use your Penis Enlargement-enhanced Penis....hehe....
