From 6.9" To 8"+ My Progress thread.
So... i did post on here a week or so ago but completely ruined the pics format n stuff and it just wasn't good so i'm starting again.

Basically i started PE in jan 2014 and kept at it for 3 months where i gained a good half inch in length and a quarter in girth. Then with uni and study and stuff i dint have the time or privacy to continue lol
So im here again to give it another bash and see where it takes me.

i started back then at 6.9 x 4.9
i progressed to 7.5 x 5.25 and have kept it ever since even though i didn't do and PE for over a year.

i did notice erection quality is much better while doing PE though and its nice to have that back :-)

i have put my previous progress pics next to my recent one so can easily see whats been achieved and whats to come.

hope it uploads rite this time. lol

Fracking nice man. Seems you put a bit of a curve into it. Give it another go and see where it takes you. You seem to be a good gainer man. I for sure think you'll get to your new goal. Good luck bro.
 
Runningignus: Thanks man. I'v always had the curve tbh. It annoyes me when measuring lol. And it annoyed me a bit that it goes slightly to the right.

Alienware83: back then I was doing 30x stretching Vjelqs, then 30 secs squeeze and repeated it 3 times so 90 jelques in total.

This time I'm only going to be doing the 3 sets of 30 stretching Vjelques because I don't have loads of time for each session.
So just working on length Untill I hit my minimum target of 8" I know it's not a hardcore routine but it's worked for me in the past and it doesn't take long to do.... Which means your less prone to skip sessions and I think I this game it's consistency that pays off.
As you can see from my pics mate yeh I kept the gains... I can always measure 7.5" bpel with a 100% erection now.
 
Congratulations on the incredible gains, I can see you worked hard for it. What thread do you want me to delete? Can you give me the link?
 
Thanks mate... Hopefully I can squeeze another inch out :-) would love to be 8" nbpel.

Well.... I feel like I'm gaining.... Uv been quite consistent so far but not 100%. Trying my best to wait till September to measure lol. Defiantly expecting a small increase in length and even girth too. Even though I'm not working for girth I seem to be gaining it a bit. Lol

Glad to hear you are staying consistent! I hope when September rolls around you will still be consistent and see some great gains.
 
It's so hard to stop myself getting the ruler out tho.. Lol.
I'm noticing I'm having to really increase my work rate now as it feels like my penis is toughening up.. I'm still doing the same excersizes but I just have to do them allot harder before I feel it working. Hope this doesn't hinder any gains.

Well I'll see what Gains I have made when I measure in sept and I will defiantly consider it..ill have a read about it now :-)

Excellent! I agree wait till measurement time before making a change, if you are gaining with the routine you are using still there is no reason to change until you Plateau for a month or longer.
 
September is almost here, buddy. Would be good to see how much you gained. :-)

Also DLD: I've watched some your videos on your YT channel especially with the one you're explaining about the routine that you gained 2" in (newbie routine) that some Arabian dude had created the memo of manual stretches and jelqs... you mentioned that you'd done that complete routine for 6 months.

Or will I have to go through Phase 2, 3 etc. in order to gain the full 2"?
 
Hey, nah I haven't really tried a set routine. I simply don't have time. I have 2 kids and a new born baby so it's very difficult lol. I haven't been very consistent the last 3 weeks so need to pick It up a bit. Lol
Am looking forward to sept tho :-) I don't expect huge gains as my routine isn't very hardcore and iv been patchy but we'll c.
 
I suppose balancing PE with a busy lifestyle is very difficult, let alone raising a family :-) fingers crossed for your 8x6 mate

Question regarding Phase two:

When it says to repeat steps one and two for seven sets, does this mean that I'll be repeating step one so it will total seven hundred reps?

And with all the other exercises, would I be supplementing Phase one with Phase two's exercises, or just moving onto Phase two?
I know it says to carry over.. but wandering should I replace Phase one's jelqing with Phase two's?

EDIT: and everything in Phase one will be used in conjunction with Phase two... is this correct?
