I agree that we all want a huge NBPEL but this can never be used as a true measurement because there are too many variables. Reduce the fat pad through diet and exercise and continue increasing that BPEL. Remember that erect stretching will help sure up that difference between the measurements.

No doubt my Brother, we all want the best NBPEL, but through the PE process we need to put our confidence in measurements that matter as far as gains go. BPEL and BPFSL are both solid ways to see gains.
I always measure bone pressed because it's a solid consistent way... You can't sneak any extra because the bone doesn't move lol
I'm not fat myself and have hardly any fat bad... My nbpel is a fraction over 7"
I'll try n find a video of me doing the bone pressed and take a snap shot of the nbpel. Lol
