Ok, so I started PE almost 10 years ago after an ex spread the message around to friends that I had a small penis, word got around and I became the butt of many jokes, at the time put me into a bit of a depression and from that I became a bit obsessed with PE, after many years of work I've managed to change that so I’m now on the other end of the scale that I’m known for having a large one.

My first recorded measurements were a bit over 5 inches erect in 2005 (no pic unfortunately)
2006 around 5 and 1/2 inches
2008 around 6 inches
2011 a bit over 7 inches
2014 around 7 and 1/2 inches
 
what did your routine consit of and were you very persistant? and how many breaks did you take , also congrats bro thats amazing hows the sex life? also your dick looks perfect now
 
For the first few years my routine was jelqing around 20 mins 3 times a week (mainly in the shower) manual stretching every day around 5 – 10 mins, and one of the most beneficial early on was edging while masturbating (before that I was a serious premature ejaculator).
The last 5 or so years I've been hanging about 20 mins 3 times a week sometimes more frequently sometimes less, and clamping on an off while still jelqing and manual stretching around 10 mins every 2nd day or so (no set plan or schedule)
The sex has been amazing and far more frequent but I think that might be from edging and the serious confidence boost I now have, I do have fond memories of the first time I couldn't fit my dick all the way inside a woman.

It is amazing how little you actually did and still gained though- naging an hour a week (and the minimum is said to be 10) and stuff. This is an amazing story, let that bitch be envy as fuck now! Your routine might ont have been one of the best ones nor very intense or time consuming, but it was consistency and dedication that got you to where you are now! I wouldn’t say it’s been easy but it’s become routine for me now, the first year I did PE I spent about 15-20 hrs a week on it and gained about 1/2 of an inch, but at the same time I had lost 20 lbs so I couldn’t be sure if the gains were from weight loss or PE.

After the first year the program felt way to time consuming and at the time I still wasn’t sold on the idea that I was getting any larger at all from these exercises but I stuck to it an scaled the program back to once a day and not twice.

I probably did this for another 3 years till 2009 where I was a bit over 6 inches and also lost another 20 lbs and still in the back of my head was a bit skeptical of this PE.
So in 09 I felt I need to up the PE so I added hanging to the program which I immediately liked as I could just sit down and watch TV at the same time.

In 2009-2010 My goal was to spend around 20 hrs a week hanging but I had to keep stopping a lot as I was losing sensation in my penis and needed to wait for it to recover, it took me those two years to understand that I shouldn’t keep increasing the weights, then in late 2010 to 2011 I was physically able to get the 20 hrs a week in by going lighter but rarely ever did, and from 2011 till now just hung 20 mins 3 times a week, along with a few other things like clamping once or twice a week and jelqing and manual stretching 5-10 mins every second day.
 
Amazing gains! So you just hung 3 times a week for 1 set? What wight were you hanging with? I wonder what your results would have been if you hung everyday for multiple sets.
 
I hang 10 lbs, 20 mins about 3-4 times a week, in the past I have increased the weight up to 20 lbs but I loose sensation and get weaker erections and it didn't feel good hanging soo much weight off my dick.

It’s now about cementing/keeping my current gains, I don’t think I've made much gain at all in the last 2-3 years (1/4 inch at best), but made huge gains in the 3 years from 2009-2011 (3/4 inch) when I was pushing for 20 hrs a week.

My journey with PE looking at it over the space of 10 years has been a great success.

But in the early years at the time felt like a I was always failing, I would search the internet and look at the gains others had made in their time and compare them to my own and would never get anywhere near what they had achieved, and because I had lost weight while doing it I would start to doubt PE altogether.

When I started hanging and clamping I would constantly measure myself each week down to the millimeter and appear to see no gains each week and be disheartened time and again.
I thought week to week was too short a time to accurately judge so I began to measure month by month and in the time’s I did see a small gain I would assume that these gains would continue at the same rate only to find the next month’s measurement had no gains again being frustrated and disappointed.

Another thing I found was the advice and common beliefs found on the net will work for most people but not all, one instance was with hanging it’s commonly believed you should hang to fatigue and adjust your weight to match, but for me hanging to fatigue would always feel wrong and result in weaker erections, I once ignored the bad signs and did a week hanging to fatigue only to find the next day I lost the ability the get an erection luckily it came back but that really freaked me out and I never hung to fatigue again.
 
8 years if a guy exercises everyday for an 8 years period he would get amazing gains 8 years=9,10,inches by 7 girth or even more

the individuality in PE has become a well known thing. even in this instance. my erections are stronger the more i hang or power stretch. i think it is because it turns me on to do PE. the more consistent i am the hornier i am. same with lifting weight in the gym

It sounds like a lot of time but the time will pass anyway, why not use it to get bigger. If all those years go by and you never take advantage of it the regrets can be great. PE is not a race it is a journey.

mate how can you hand and be sit watch tv?? I think am doing wrong cos I can only stand while hanging.

If you sit in a solid chair you can inch your way forward enough to have the penis hanging outside the perimeter of the chair and the weight will hang correctly. This is hard to do on a couch, for me it is a wooden kitchen chair.

Yeah same here, no way to do that on the sofa. Will try on the chair... thank you my italian brother.
