I love it too and whether we keep it or not depends on traffic over the next couple weeks. Whenever a change is made we have to make sure it does not negatively affect us.

So happy you were able to get a new routine perfectly this week! That’s a good feeling that I know. I’m so happy hear about your BM gains! Once these are cemented it’s going to be rock ‘n’ roll all the way! Looking forward to your official measurements.
 
I think I've grown addict to PE...
Let me explain myself :

Yesterday at the end of the day, only a half of my routine was done
But I still decided to go sleep

I felt like such a crap that I endend up quiting trying to sleep at 2 a.m. to do the other half
I was feeling so guilty that I couldn't sleep

Am I the only one XD
 
I'm thinking about ading a little session of BM in the morning daily(something around 15min) to keep the temporary gains as much as I can throught the day

Do you think the intensity is still okay or maybe is it a bit too much ?

4th month into PE :
BPEL : 19,2 cm(7,56 inches)
MSEG : 13,5 cm(5,31 inches)

7th month into PE
BPEL : 20 cm (7,87 inches)-->0,31 inches gained
MSEG : still 13,5 cm (5,31 inches)--> 0 inches gained

It's a bit disappointing considering I've waited 3 month so basically i've gained 0,1 inch each month in BPEL
But nothing in MSEG

But I think it has shown that basic's stretching are just not efficient enough for me anymore

It also look like I'll have to change my routine a lot
I'm not sad or feeling down because it's still results in the end, but a bit disappointed

Also I just can't do +0,5cm every 3 or 4 week with the BM My penis just won't let me do it (it doesn't extend more than 21,25cm wich is 8,36 inches) so I'll just do max possible every time

This month coming my routine wil be like :
Morning :
Stretching 20 min
BM 15 or 20 min

Afternoon :
Jelqs 500 then later back at 1000

Night :
BM 20 min at least

Because girth work looks like it just give me more gain... so why not
Any advice or anything to say is welcome

And I feel disappointed in anyway you have made a gain so be very appreciative of that. You have also gained knowledge in the sense that you know now that you require more intensity which will definitely help you with your next measurements. Let’s put a new routine together for you and see what we can make happen. What do you have in mind and how much time do you have to invest?

Yeah I've taught about going back to commando Girth with at least 2 session of BM a day plus some jelquing in between and other things eventually, but for being sure I make enough gains with this routine I'll measure at the end of the next month

That might make sense going exclusively with girth. It would help him focus on one thing at a time and most likely bring much greater gains because of this.

I had to move a lot around those two last week so not much time or opportunity to do much at first

Then I tried to use the BM for longer but without going as far as possible, wich makes my penis go much larger and stay that way for a longer period of time, also workout's aren't as hard cause it's just so much mental to go all the time at the maximum, I use to sweat so much during BM workouts 'cause of the difficulty to just not quit and stay in it
So I basically go 1cm(0,39inche) less than I'm able to
Now it's way way more easier but much longer, can't have everything !

Also the BM seems to create slowly but surely a visible curve to the left of my penis, it's something unvisible rigth after every workout but after the effects are gone it's really showing off

To correct that and because I won't be able to use the BM for two weeks from the end of jully to mid august because I'm going to vacation, I'll just jelq a lot against that curve and hoppefully see results

So sorry for not giving return last week and good P.E. workouts to everyone !(flex)
