5 min SSJ both 4 sets
Lenght : still the same ones ! Plus some Lazy Ass Stretches through the day.
Can't stop, won't stop ! ( Typing every days workout really motivates me . So I'll keep doing it !)

You’re still this with your goals, your accomplishments, your exercises and routines, any tools you may add, pictures and videos if you want . All of this adds up to inspiration, tenacity and motivation for you to get your job done. But it does so much more than that as you have people reading your daily routine and they are getting inspired but what you’re doing. So all around the progress thread can be one of your best friends in PE.

Yes you need to be careful with toilet paper because it can cause brush burn. I find that baby powder is the best thing to use for grip because the reason grip slips is because of oil’s on the hand and penis. Using talcum powder or baby powder soaks up that moisture and allows you to stretch without slipping. If men are still sleeping with baby powder then it’s time to get yourself a Lengthmaster where there is no slippage possible.Workout of the 03/01/2019 :

Little note for streching :I use baby powder because I find toilet paper not appropriate (I'm putting a lot of strenght when streching my penis and toilet paper hurt me )
Also I'm using both hand to stretch it to the maximum tension I can achieve

I tried once toilet paper and... never again !
Plus baby powder is really not expensive either so It doesn't bother me in anyway

Length : still the same as usual plus some erect streches ( 10 x 30sec)
Still using healing method, flacid looks longer and larger
