I figured it was time I started up a log since I've been back at Penis Enlargement for about 7 weeks now. Sometimes I have a hard time staying motivated, so I figured this would help keep me on track. A little background on me first.
I first started Penis Enlargement way back in 2004 I think it was. My starting size was 6.5" BPenis EnlargementL and 5.25" EG. I pretty much just did jelqs and manual stretching back then, with a little bit of hanging and pumping thrown in a few months later. After sticking with a routine for about 9 solid months I had gained 3/4" in BPenis EnlargementL and 1/2" in EG. I was finally feeling like my dick was a nice size, and for some reason, I stopped.
I have periodically come back to Penis Enlargement over the past few years, but always lost interest after a short time. I did keep most of my gains during my time off. I lost about 1/4" in length, but kept all of my girth gains. Like I said, I recently started back and I am determined to get to AT LEAST 8" BPenis EnlargementL and 6" EG.

I did that for about the first 3 weeks until I moved into my current routine. I am doing a split routine for the first time. I do girth work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and I do length work on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I take Sunday off completely. I think this is the right routine for me as I have already made gains off it.
I am only going to measure once a month. I used to measure almost daily and that just doesn't do anything for me psychologically, as gains can't really be measured daily. After a solid month on this routine I had made some pretty incredible gains. I think most of it is something like 'muscle memory' but who knows, because I measured almost 1/2" increase in BPenis EnlargementL and 2/16" increase in EG! It was hard to believe and I measured a few more times that day to make sure. It was also after an off day, so I know it was a 'cold' measurement. I feel like the day off and the split are critical for me, as my dick used to always be fatigued and sore to the touch when I used to do length and girth on the same day, everyday. I plan to stick to this routine as long as I am still making gains.
My next measurement is scheduled for September 9th, and my routine is as follows......
On length days I am doing a 10 minute rice sock warm-up, followed by a 35 minute manual stretching session, which features BTC, fulcrum, and bundled stretching. After that I am doing 200 wet jelqs, followed by a 10 minute warm-down (all warm-up's and downs are done with a rice sock)
On girth days I am doing a 10 minute warm-up, followed by 400 wet jelqs, and then I'm doing 3 15 minute sets of clamping, with a 10 minute warm-down following that.
Each workout lasts about an hour and is performed at night. My stats as of August 9th are:
BPenis EnlargementL: 7.75"
BPFSL: 8.25"
EG: 5.625"
My immediate goal is 8x5.75, with a long term goal of 8.5x6. I figured that if I can grow at least 1/16" per month, I can reach my short term goal by December, and my long term goal by next July. I know I may have some time where I plateau, but I am only focusing on moving one mark up the ruler each month. I am keeping a little notebook daily and plan to transfer it to this log whenever I can. I also plan to take some measurment pics and post them up.
