I have an idea that ive actually been doing this month. In short, if you want to target your ligs we stretch at a somewhat low angle and reverse kegal.

Heres what ive been doing,

Kegal hard and while holding this squeeze slowly pull your dick up to your belly button. You should feel your Ischo, Bulbus, and lower corpus in an intense stretch. Ok so I been looking at this because I'm amazed by it. I think this was discussed before but there never was any solid answers.
From what I researched I really couldnt find any disorders of this nature, or any other information. From what it looks, it doesn't look human. Seems to me that, either the bulb or ischiocavernosus muscle is outside of his body. Now, DLD made a good shot at it with "expressive stretching" but I have to disagree. To me expressive stretching targets skin too much. Anyway, I mean it could possibly anything "pulled out" to the outside. My best guess would be that it's the bulb. From my understanding the Bulbospongiosus is a muscle. I did expressive stretching for a very short time using only the length master. I did 20 minutes session twice daily. Did that for only 30 days and saw result. What you want to do is bundled expressive stretching.
