So I got to thinking. What makes Lengthing so much different than getting girth. If there was a way to have your penis expanded like clamped for instance for a few hours a day, like the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] work do you think you would get girth gains faster or what. Now that I think about it, I dont understand why girth work fatigues the penis where as length work doesnt seem to kill it as much. Imagin being clamped with an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on all at once. Your dick would be huge in no time.
 
Before my 2 month Penis Enlargement hiatus I was wearing a cockring nearly every day and not doing very much (but some) in the way of girth sessions, and gained nearly .25" EG over the course of a couple months. I'm now combining it with girth sessions and although I haven't measured I'm expecting some pretty killer girth gains in the near future.

In the end erection quality suffers and then the work done isn't as effective. I think you have a point here but really extended girth work is hard to do and should be limited to short periods of time. I've had good results from doing "shock weekends" where I do 4-5 girth session per day for 3 full days. The engorgement really doesn't go away for the full 3 days and if you continue your normal workout afterwards seems to add productivity to those normal sessions.
 
I'm just doing 300 2-3 second wet jelqs a day after my shower, take's about 10-12minute's to do. I also do some squeeze's after the jelq, but just random stuff to fully fatigue the chambers. I've grown a solid 1/8" in MS girth in the past week and a half...should easily hit my short term girth goal :D

Neither. Jelqs are a girth exercise, although you might get some added length from them.

I'd say it depends on erection level. I gained very well in length from jelqs when I first started (didn't stretch at all). Some people claim that lower erection levels, say 50-60%, works length more than it does girth.

You have a point and I understand it fully.
If we could constrict for hours at a time, fully erect with limited side effects than SURE, it would be the girth version of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words]. Sadly, constriction isn't as easy to master as many think it is, hence not many gain great like I have. It takes ALOT of time and dedication, patience to master it. You must be advanced at pe methods also and know the signs of injury lus know yourown limits. Many IGNORE this and do it anyway, hence they gain fuck all and whine about it. Finally, constriction is still very knew area in pe that hasnt been tested like other areas pe because of it intensity and degree of advanced'ness. Needs more guys to test its methods. I think that if one could keep the erection high, constricted but not cut-off for say a few hours than sure it would work well. Many other theorys than come in, such as Priapism and such other nonscence. End of the day, my advice is TEST IT.
Use your brain, we all have intelligence and should use it. I tested this constriction stuff, and the guide was born. The blueprint is there, all you guys do is follow that. If you see new areas than test it. This idea is great like I said but not really tested. I would LOVE to test it oneday. Finally, and I mean finally....if one could get constricted and go into a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]... I think it would also be brilliant, but again theres issues. Depending on what [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] you use and if your fully erect or constricted flaccid/semi erect you may get pains in the penis after awhile from the cord/noose..... but yes its worth testing also. Constricted [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words], I must test that myself lol
