Hi everyone!
Long time lurker and PE practitioner here. 10 years and counting ;)

I wanted to share something with those of you struggling to get girth from midshaft and upward.

You can incorporate this into your existing girth routine if you like.

Warning!
This exersise should obly be performed by guys who have atleast six months of conditioning.
And if you have a baseball bat shaped penis.
Your focus should be put on exersices that target lower shaft girth.

This exercise should be done flacid.

Start by doing bundled stretches.
I usually do four of them.
Two in each direction.
Hold the stretch for 15 to twenty seconds.

Heli shakes just to get new fresh blood into the chambers.

Now to the main exercise.
I Call it: The Girthy Swede

Grab your penis just below the point on your shaft where more girth is desired.
Form an ok sign around the same point index finger and thumb should be interlocking make a tight grip. And i do mean tight.
The grip should be focused on the corpora cavernosa, not the spongiosum.

Also make shure you do not pinch the dorsal nerve and artery area, palm facing downwards.
This is a sort of vice grip with the main stresspoint beeing the CC
Now wothout pinching the skin, hold tight and kegel as much blood as you can into the top part of your shaft.
You shouldt be able to move the ok grip without significant force att this time.

Take the remaining fingers and make a fist around the base.
Just tight enough so the blood doesnt escape.

At this point you should have an immense grip around your penis.

Place your arm gainst the pelvic.
This makes it possible to exert even more force.
The arm becomes a lever in a way.

Now for the fun part.
Slowly and i do mean slowly.
Begin to push your grip up towards the glans.
If you are doing this right the skin around your penis is moving along with the movement.
Vascular expansion is a nono!
The pressure should be felt and seen in the tunica and the CC:s
When you feel that you no longer can push.
Thats one rep.
One rep should take between 10 and 15 seconds.

Repeat the whole procedure three times.

Thats it :)

Well as for gains in the girth department. This exercise has given me between 0,4 cm and 0,5 cm gains since implementing it into my routine. Wich was about three months ago. :)

Never meassured properly when i started wich was about 2003 if im not mistaken. But i was somewhere about 16 cm length and about 14 cm girth.

My current stats are:

Bpfs 19,5
Fbg 12,5
Nbfl 14
Bpfl 15,5

Bpel 19
Nbpel 17,3
Ebg 15,3
Emsg 14
Gg 13

Yes! its waay intence! And with the added bonus of targeting the tunica and the CC specifically :)

Once you try theese, the difference between a "jelq" and the "TGS" becomes very very evident ;)

you said you do it while flaccid though.. do you get enough blood in there for adequate expansion?

Sounds like the exact description of an Uli#3 performed on the upper part of the shaft, I did theese and indeed it's absutelly the BEST way to increase expansion in the upper part of the shaft, just to make it clear you move the tourniquet up the shaft without loosing any of the trapped blod from the upper shaft unlike a jelq that uses a more loose grip.

I like to do theese with two hand, make a turniquet at the base and trap the blod in the mid/uppershaft(like a standard Uli) and then I place the other hand right above the lower one making another tourniqiet displacing even more blod in the upper shaft and then move both hands up the shaft by 0.25" increasing pressure in the upper shaft and glans hold it for 15-20sec and then pump for another 0.25 and hold it again 20sec - VERY INTENSE. I think I made most of my glans gains with this exercise.

And yes this exersice is very intense!
Been doing 15 minute low pressure [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] at the end of this routine for the past week, and boy!! My flaccid has increased substatially and the post workout pump seems to last alot longer.

PI's are great and my cock stays warm and chubby for hours.

We could be on to something here.
People wanting a more uniform looking shaft and big shroom looking head should definatelly check this out!

Just a quick update from the Swede!

Been doing this exercise religiosly for this past month and I must say things are looking good!

Havent meassured yet as I want to make shure this thing is the real deal, but guys! The temporary gains I get from this thing looks very very promising!

To me temp gains is an indicator of whats to come!

It even seems like my base girth is getting a fair amount of exercise!
Wich to me seems a bit odd but Im not complaining ;) !

Also when doing this it seems like Im bypasing the ligs to the sides,
And I feel a definite stretch in the inner penis!

Excellent outlook. Temporary gains are the first step to permanent gains, continue to feel inspired about the gains you are seeing post workout and they will become permanent soon. I am really rooting for you!

Had an amazing session last night.

All I can say is wow!
Dont know what to think but maybe the lig pop changed something in my penis because the negative pressure I've been experiencing with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] was almost non existant.
I felt a definite stretching sensation and the expansion girthwise was greater than when i first tried my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]!

Also post workout chub was more then satisfying!

Been struggling with breaking my plateau for quite some time.
But since I changed up my routine things have really started to work in my favor.

Im feeling like Im a newbie all over again, cus the things Im seeing now reminds me of the gains I first had when i started this journey some ten years ago.

The nordic gods are in my favor!

So you had a ligament pop huh, that's cool I recently had what I thought was a ligament burn which felt pretty gai.
I've been stretching more carefully, though as intense. I even think my ribs are creepin up the shaft "high-five".

A change in exercise, routine and intensity become necessary at every plateau you will reach. Eventually your penis will become used to a routine and will stop responding to the work. At this point intensity needs to increase or exercise and routine needs modification. Quick update :)
I have gained!!
Havent meassured girth but checked on my length yesterday.
My bpel is now the same as my bpfsl!!!
19,5 cm!!!
5 mm short of my short time goal of 20 cm bone pressed :)
My nbpel is now 18 cm.
Previous meassurement was 17,3.
That means a gain of 7 mm in roughly six weeks!

This exercise seems to be hitting lenght and girth at tje same time.
Boy am I happy :)

Think the lig pop had anything to do w/ it? Some people experience gains around a week or so after them.

Yes i definately think it has to do with the lig pop wich as it happens occured during a very intense session with my TGS routine.
Just goes to show that this exersise is very very powerful!
Stretching after the lig pop is a dream ;)

Just wait till you get to hanging and get them. I'm sure the gains would come full steam.

Just hope that there isn't a 3 year time frame between each lig pop. Otherwise you've got a while to wait.

what do you mean not to pinch the skin with the Okey Dokey grip? my fingers are just wrapped around the shaft skin, i've never pinched anything, unless you meant another word

also i dislike reverse Ok grip palm facing down b/c it's uncomforable. do you reckon palm up regular Ok is the same strength?

interesting exercise, i understand it mostly, maybe YkM can do a video, DLD give him a ps3 or something

should be similar, but depends how strong you are. for some the difference may be quite big
 
Can you make a quick video of 1 rep doing this? Doesn't have to be good quality. I understand the CC grip and pushing towards the glands, but I need to see the pelvic lever part and what not.
 
Sounds like what you're doing is a supra slammer. They're very intense exercises, but really good for girth gains.

Yes I would say its been very sporadic.
Lots of stuffs been going on in my life.
So consistency has not been possible.

I always count myself very lucky when it comes to spare time. I have so much spare time and I intend taking advantage of it and make all the length gains I can make. Though 9 inches is my goal, I wish to get to 9.5 inches and 7.5 inches in base girth.

I want to be the biggest any lady ever had.
