Im curious, how long do typical [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] hangers hang per week, and, how long during a set? I try to hang 10+ hours/wk and currently I hang 45 minutes per set.

Are you sure it's not just due to decreased erection quality? Because it really doesn't seem to make any sense to me how you could actually lose length without losing tissue, and I can't think of a logical mechanism through which stretching/hanging would actually facilitate local tissue loss.

i don't think, whatever the set-up, that it is prudent to hang consistently in the hour + region. break, get the blood circulating to normalcy, then hit it again. fatigue doesn't dissipate in just 10 minutes.
what weight are you currently hanging, jqs?
