First off, a special thanks to DLD and all the great members here. Dabbled in Penis Enlargement a bit a few years back, saw some gains, became lazy and complacent, and stopped. Now I'm more determined than ever to work hard and see some real change.
MY STORY
The catalyst to getting me back in the game and taking it real serious, is my sex life. Just met a great woman recently and have had trouble getting and maintaining erections. My EQ is low and it's something I need to focus on. I'm not doing this for her specifically (don't like to put all my eggs in the basket this early) but just for my sexual health and confidence. I'm 24, just started seeing a personal trainer and weigh 160 pounds at 5'8. I'm 'skinny-fat' and have a fat pad. I plan to lose weight and gain muscle (perhaps a paradox of sorts, but it can be done) over the next several months and beyond, really complementing my Penis Enlargement.

Also, I'd like some extra size obviously. That is paramount to me and some real motivation. Currently, my stats sit at 6.25 inches BPenis EnlargementL (NBPenis EnlargementL is just under 6) and 5.25 EG. Not bad but I do feel small truthfully. I'm a grower and my flaccid stats are: 4 inches length and 4.25 flaccid girth. With my horrible EQ, my flaccid shrivels up to nothing often. It sucks and needs fixing

MY ROUTINE

I consider myself a beginner however (my past experiences with Penis Enlargement were a while ago) and will start with a simple routine. I'll keep it simple for the next 90 days and build progressively, easing into a variation of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] theory (I say variation since I'm only planning to use my hands - no equipment. It's a privacy issue here at home and a personal belief that I can gain without using equipment. Please respect this.)
Anyways, here is my routine for October 22-November 22:
ROUTINE - OCTOBER 22-NOVEMBER 22
Length:
Every second day - Manual Stretching (1 inch below base) down, out, up, between cheeks - 30 seconds X 3 sets each
Girth:
Every day - 50 Jelqs to start - increase by 10 daily
3 Uli's to start - increase by 1 daily
1 Horse Squeezes - increase by 1 every day
That's it to start. Started yesterday, went well. No length done yesterday. Will do today. Going to need all the support and push that I can get from this brotherhood. I believe in the goal and WILL achieve it!!
