Years after, is the members site still worth it for newcomers? Very much so, there are many exercises on video that are not available anywhere else. As time progresses every couple of years we add all new exercises. For a newbie. seeing is the best way to learn. What is pretty awesome though is when you buy a tool here you get a free membership.
