Hello everyone here is my starting log for my Penis Enlargement adventure. I am a member of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] website and starting into second month of DLD phase 1. Recently registered with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] forums and beginning to share ups and downs of Penis Enlargement, look forward to any comments.
My routine:
Warm-up and warm-down with a heating pad for stretching and jelqing sessions.
Stretching is done now at a different time but before jelqing. More of a timing issue and to take a break so my arm grip will be productive for the jelqing session. Stretches are as described in phase one with the center replaced with the A-stretch. For the three sets of stretches I build up time from the 1st set to the 3rd set with 30-sec, 45-sec, 60-sec holds. First stretch is down: left, center, right. Second is to the side: left, center, right and final stretch is up: left, center, right. Depend on how I feel I may throw in a few lazy ass stretches.
My Jelqing session starts in semi erect state in a seated position for the first 300 jelqs using Vaseline with latex gloves for easier clean up after working out. Nothing like trying to open a door with a round smooth doorknob and a hand covered in Vaseline. Here is where I am breaking away from phase one a little bit more for a variety since I am stepping up from 300 to 600 jelqs per session. First jelq is in a down position alternating to the left then right palm down. Second is in a down position again palms down and the finally seated is in an up direction. My up direction jelq start as a two hand for set up palm down grip under my glan to extend for jelq. Second hand at base palm under grip and start jelq up and feel blood push to the first hand then release first hand as second hand complete the jelq, alternate grip for next jelq. Now on to my standing jelqs for the final 300 jelqs using the same directions as seated jelqs to complete my workout. Wash up

MIsc ramblings: I try to jelq 4 to 5 days a week and stretch daily. I work on a graveyard shift so my sleep patterns are all over the place. Outside of Penis Enlargement I am back in the gym hitting the weights and cardio to reduce the excess bodyfat that I have accumulated over the years. Reducing the bodyfat levels should add to my overall size visually with out having to perform a bone pressed measurement bye bye fat pad.
Monthly overview for July-07: First month still in my learning phase but getting the hang of Penis Enlargement. I have noticed my flacid state is longer as well as my foreskin is longer. It has taken a little time getting used to my foreskin starting to cover my glan.
Starting measurements are my current state, as I did not do this before I started Penis Enlargement. I am going to measure on a monthly basis and try to keep my measurements in the .25 inch. I am getting my digital camara out of storage and start taking pics, and post on my monthly updates, pics w/ruler speak louder than words.
