Hello everyone here is my starting log for my Penis Enlargement adventure. I am a member of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] website and starting into second month of DLD phase 1. Recently registered with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] forums and beginning to share ups and downs of Penis Enlargement, look forward to any comments.

My routine:

Warm-up and warm-down with a heating pad for stretching and jelqing sessions.

Stretching is done now at a different time but before jelqing. More of a timing issue and to take a break so my arm grip will be productive for the jelqing session. Stretches are as described in phase one with the center replaced with the A-stretch. For the three sets of stretches I build up time from the 1st set to the 3rd set with 30-sec, 45-sec, 60-sec holds. First stretch is down: left, center, right. Second is to the side: left, center, right and final stretch is up: left, center, right. Depend on how I feel I may throw in a few lazy ass stretches.

My Jelqing session starts in semi erect state in a seated position for the first 300 jelqs using Vaseline with latex gloves for easier clean up after working out. Nothing like trying to open a door with a round smooth doorknob and a hand covered in Vaseline. Here is where I am breaking away from phase one a little bit more for a variety since I am stepping up from 300 to 600 jelqs per session. First jelq is in a down position alternating to the left then right palm down. Second is in a down position again palms down and the finally seated is in an up direction. My up direction jelq start as a two hand for set up palm down grip under my glan to extend for jelq. Second hand at base palm under grip and start jelq up and feel blood push to the first hand then release first hand as second hand complete the jelq, alternate grip for next jelq. Now on to my standing jelqs for the final 300 jelqs using the same directions as seated jelqs to complete my workout. Wash up

Warm down again with a heating pad.

MIsc ramblings: I try to jelq 4 to 5 days a week and stretch daily. I work on a graveyard shift so my sleep patterns are all over the place. Outside of Penis Enlargement I am back in the gym hitting the weights and cardio to reduce the excess bodyfat that I have accumulated over the years. Reducing the bodyfat levels should add to my overall size visually with out having to perform a bone pressed measurement bye bye fat pad.

Monthly overview for July-07: First month still in my learning phase but getting the hang of Penis Enlargement. I have noticed my flacid state is longer as well as my foreskin is longer. It has taken a little time getting used to my foreskin starting to cover my glan.

Starting measurements are my current state, as I did not do this before I started Penis Enlargement. I am going to measure on a monthly basis and try to keep my measurements in the .25 inch. I am getting my digital camara out of storage and start taking pics, and post on my monthly updates, pics w/ruler speak louder than words.

Hello Supra?Boss yeah I needed to write a update for sometime now, I was thinking back over my first two months of Penis Enlargement and here are my thoughts, findings and new goals for Sep-07.

I still use a heating pad for warm-up and warm-downs, I guess this step should be a given in the world of Penis Enlargement.

Stretching is still at different times that jelqing, starting to see some real progress during my stretching. Hopefully this is a sign of good things coming down the road. Base stretching is still with phase 1 with A-stretch and DLD sock stretches added into the mix.

Jelqing is still at 600 per session in a semi-erect state, I started my Penis Enlargement in Jul-07 by breaking this into groups of 100 jelqs of seated and standing with the jelq following the same direction as the stretches, Left/right, down then up. I did this for a couple of reasons to try on my Penis Enlargement adventure:

1. Get a little more stretch time in with the jelq session.
2. Easy way to break up the 600 jelq per session and perform some kegals in-between sets. This maybe due to my habit of my gym workouts of breaking down the exercises to hit the body part from different angles for growth.
3. Experimenting with the different angles of jelqing and testing my grip strength.

No longer use latex gloves as they were breaking down and making a mess during my session. So I have a sock nearby to put my hand in to open any doors for clean up after my session. My foreskin has been growing as well as my flaccid length, positive signs of good things to come. I picked up a ROP a couple of weeks ago and have been wearing it 5-6 days a week, let you know how this goes.

Goals for September-07

1. Workout schedule: Stretches everyday and jelqing 4 to 5 days a week. I fell off the bandwagon the past two weeks and my times were hit and miss. Working the graveyard shift sucks at times as far as having the energy to jelq, stretching is something I have gotten into a habit before crashing out. No mess to clean up after with stretching, maybe this month or next I may add some clamping into the mix on my off jelqing days?
2. Jelqing is still at 600 per session but for the most part I jelq the up direction. No longer using down or left/right jelqing this month will focus on this direction only.
3. Continue my gym workouts to reduce my bodyfat and overall overweight issue, time to get rid of my winter coat. A very sicking 32% at 280lbs, my goal is back down to 10-12% at 200lbs. Measuring my BPenis EnlargementL 9/5/07 at 7.5” EG 5.5” and seeing my fat pad close to 1.5” there is a little visual gift waiting for me to slim my fat-ass down.
4. Continue cleaning up my eating habits now for two goals one to reduce bodyfat and two to affect my cell growth or recover from my Gym & Penis Enlargement workouts. At 43 years old I am envious of the younger guys on the forum that are starting now with Penis Enlargement. I know the penis is not a muscle but with the Penis Enlargement exercises, the jelqing and stretching is breaking down the cells then the body is rebuilding the cells. Healthier foods should help with the rebuilding of the cells, just throwing this out there this may help some that are getting discouraged from there progress. Blood flow is key to the growth in Penis Enlargement so cleaning up my bad habits and replacing them with healthier foods / habits should in time create a healthier blood flow.

Measurments back in Jul-07 when I started my Penis Enlargement workouts I only did EL where I should have done BPenis EnlargementL I was robbed by my fatpad. Write this one off to newbie mistake, I will use the BPenis EnlargementL /EG for future measurements. The last two months was spent on learning the basics, but the gains in my flacid length and foreskin is showning me that it works so on with the program.

Hello everyone sorry it has been along time since my last update.
I fell off my Penis Enlargement routine; graveyard shift finally took it toll on my Penis Enlargement time. Had a change to move to a better hours and getting back into the swing of things.

Still in the gym and have lost 35 lbs and 7% bodyfat (currently 250 lb at 25% bf) so my fat pad is reducing but still close to one inch of pad.

Penis Enlargement routine

Stretching is still at different times than jelqing. Different variations of stretching I am currently using in my routines to mix things up. Try to stretch 5-6 days a week.

1. DLD phase 1 & 2
2. Variation of the DLD sock stretch using a power band.

Jelqing has been 3-4 times a week

Recently I have added clamping to my bag of Penis Enlargement exercises, thanks to clamping forum. I work clamping in with the stretchiing timeframe and perform 3-4 10-min sessions.

Feeling good being back into the Penis Enlargement swing of things.

wow nice man. looks like the works are doing u well. what do u think works best for you for your length progress? all i do is stretch every night for about 20 mins. and in morning i jelque for a count of 300-400. and i do about a 5 min stretch before hand
 
Hello Arrowhead, thanks for the comments. I would say that the stretching has helped with the length gains. I have experimented with some different stretches; one I have been working on involves a exercise power band. I have combined ideas from “all day stretch devices” and from the hanging forum to create a homemade stretcher of sorts.

Here is a little more detail on the homemade stretcher and how I am using it. I am using a 20 lb. (I started with lower rated bands and worked up to this level) rated exercise power band from the local sporting goods store. Using a thick rubber o-ring available from the hardware store. The power-band tubing folded in half and feed through the o-ring to create an adjustable loop. At this point I have the adjustable loop in the middle of the tubing length with a handle at each end of the power-band.

Time to use this crazy contraption, with a 10-12 inch length of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] (2 inch wide). Wrap the length of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] around the base of my flaccid penis. Now take the loop created with the band and o-ring and place your penis into the loop and bring the loop down over the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words]. In a seated position place each foot into the handles at the end of the power-band, one hand grab the end of your penis and stretch out your penis. With the second hand try to tighten the o-ring against your penis, keeping the band on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] this will prevent any skin from getting pinched (not fun).

Now the stretch can begin in the beginning you can start this sitting on the edge of your bed to get into the power-band. Then lay down on your bed keeping your legs bent at first slowly straighten your legs out this will tell you if you have the band tight enough. If the band comes off you may have to go back to a seated position and get the band tighter. Ok jumping back to where you get your legs straight or to where you are comfortable with the stretch. At this point you can split your legs apart for more stretch totally up to you, remember go slow in the beginning of any Penis Enlargement exercise.

Helpful beginner guidelines to review is in the hanging and clamping forums. Color and temp changes need to be watched very closely. Both forums have informative guides on this.

So far I have not had any of the color issue to worry about only cold penis temps. What I have been doing when I feel the temp is dropping in my penis. Borrowing from DLD sock stretch while in the power-band for example using my left hand and grab my shaft under my gland and pull up against the downward stretch and perform 50 kegals you are trying to get the blood flowing into your penis to bring your temp back up. What I found when doing this stretch is I can extend the stretch by using my right hand and grab hold of my left hand. So the left hand is holding my penis and the right hand is used to hold the stretch, usually my penis become engorged again and release my penis back to the single stretch.

BIG WARNING DO NOT FALL ASLEEP WITH THIS ON!!!

Sorry about that but it is important not to fall asleep with this on, sometimes when I am wearing this I turn on the TV or put a movie on I guess I didn’t like the idea of having to stand or rig something up to sit down with weights.

Usually I am wearing this up to an hour at a time keeping tabs on color and temp so it seems about every 10 min I am doing the stretch/kegal for the hour. For more variation sometimes I will alternate the handles to the same foot causing the stretch down that leg for 30-min then switch over to the other foot.

Wow did I get long winded or what, sorry about that but stretching from many angles help to break up the routine and so I don’t get bored. I don’t know if the penis would adapt to the same exercises and slow down the progress over time, so mixing up the routines as far as different stretches to hit it from different angles is my plan.

Hope this makes some sense, maybe I will do some more reading on how to post pics and show a little more details in the future.
 
that seems very interesting would love to try this out but i live with parents i cant be lying in bed and have them seeing this.. lol would that be funny. i might take some of ure ideas and make something of a hanger for when i sit. i like to mainly to manual workouts. im a bit skeptical on hanging and dont want anything to go wrong. thanks for reply tho keep up the good work as ill try to do the same.
 
Yeah I understand I have been on the night shift for the last 3 years so I have a separate bedroom that I use most of the time. One thing I have done from time to time is to put both handles on the same foot then put some baggy sweatpants on to watch TV. In a sense creating a [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] but the stretch is from the base not the tip. After reading so many others routines and styles of Penis Enlargement you get creative on how to apply the exercises to create your own personal Penis Enlargement routine.

Here is another idea I have done in the past when web surfing or at that time I was working on reports for class I was taking a few months back. Since you are in a seated position on the computer put on some baggy sweatpants and do some DLD BTC stretches getting two things done at the same time. I would do 15-20 minutes at a time. My wife would come and talk to me for awhile then back to what she was doing, all the while I am doing a BTC stretch.

Mix it up and get creative
 
Hello ArrowHead, the BTC stretches are "Behind the Cheeks" not sure how to link a thread to my reply yet. Information is found under the Newbie Forum with the title "DLD's First Routine" This is under phase 1 of DLD routine stretches, this a cool stretch as it does not depend on arm strength to hold the stretch, just your body weight.
