It is not so much bad as it is a false gain, we really want to see tissue expand rather then water retained. In the movie the Perfect Penis the guy names Mr. Mark was a mess with fluid retention. I think some men just want to be as big as possible and do not care what it looks like. Men injecting saline into themselves and over pumping to achieve these grotesque results.
