I just wanted to know if the people who didn't like to kegel much achieved the same gains as the ones who did? If you could list your gains and how frequently you do kegels then we can get a good view on this.

Please be honest so we get accurate readings.

I done Penis Enlargement for about 3 months before I badly injured myself, I didn't gain and done kegels very rarely.
 
All kegels do is strenthen the pb muscle...you can force blood into the penis with a kegel, and can do stretches involving the kegel and reverse kegel...kegels can also give you longer and stronger erections which can help you get better gains in time....kegeling by itself probably wont give you any length or girth gains..

A big difference in my program and that of others is the KEGEL and REVERSE KEGEL and I believe it is a factor in my gains through DLD Blasters and other exercise that ustilizes Pelvic Floor Work.

I think i got nerve damage too but dont know the simptoms i know i damaged something.
 
I don't know if they had anything to do with it, but I made gains quickly when I was doing kegels.

Kegels should be done regardless.
 
i found that if you kegel a lot the more blood is down there at a more constant rate, that would be exceptionally great after a work out. i think the two factors that really count is doing tons of kegels, and do not cum that much.
 
man I've done kegels pretty much from the beginning and I got really good gains the first 6 months and then I stopped jelqing and kegeling for a while. Haven't gained much since but I started doing the testicle health routine and kegels again along with my hanging routine and my length is definitely increasing. It's probably more to do with my new hanging routine which is about 1.5 times the amount of time I used to dedicate to hanging. Even still I know there's something at least to the dedication factor when it comes to kegeling and even jelqing. When you go to the basics you tend to get back into Penis Enlargement with more of an obsession, which is a good thing with Penis Enlargement. Ask the big gainers like DLD and Bib and RED. Read the constrictors guide and think about the things RED was "pioneering" with girth for himself.
 
You definitely need to have your PC muscle in shape to reverse kegel

When I was right into Penis Enlargement, until the point about 4 months ago when I overdid things, and went impotent :D, when my PC muscle was at the pinnacle of its existence, And I could blow loads and stay hard, my reverse kegel was pretty much the most prized thing I held about my cock, I would hold 'em straight through when I was hard. Uhhh, Id kind of like to know what you did to your cock to make you impotent since I jelq and kegel and dont want to end up the same way. Maybe a quick explanation would be in order?
