It certainly doesn't shrink it, and according to DLD's theory it may be beneficial. I don't really care much about it because it's not the primary tool I'm using for Penis Enlargement.
However, keep in mind you need good EQ to do erect exercises effectively, so make sure if you do ejaculate give plenty of time before those exercises so you can do them well.

I find it is counter productive.
You can masturbate but DO NOT ejaculate. Because when you ejaculate you're basically dispensing some testosterone hormones out of your body system.
My theory is the male organ requires testosterone for development.
Notice that feeling after you ejaculate that something inside you diminished, like your sex drive, sometimes you even feel drowsy and weakened as prolactin hormone gets released to your brain and you become flaccid too which reduces the amount of blood that goes and is retained to your penis and it shrinks your package like a balloon losing air.
The testosterone supply got partially depleted and one needed some time to recover what was expended.
It does make a lot of sense.
There was a poll I found about this about many who engaged in Penis Enlargement who had reduced their progress due to ejaculation of precious potent male hormone containing fluids that are the main ingredient to penis development.
But if the test get fully engorged I guess it may be okay to expend just a little bit just to reduce some pressure.

Asiandude, there is no testosterone in semen. That being said, abstaining from ejaculating will keep things engorged more. I think that poll reflects how ejaculating can interrupt a Penis Enlargement routine more than it shows that the act of ejaculating itself is counter-productive. In other words, you may cut a jelqing session short if you allow yourself to ejaculate, or your girth routine may be less intense if you've ejaculated recently, etc. Also, I think testosterone does play an important role in penis size when a boy is developing and maturing (among many other things), but much less so when he is fully matured, otherwise AAS would be the answer to Penis Enlargement.
It is really tempting to masturbate after Penis Enlargement from what I've noticed. i find it more rewarding not to personally, although sometimes you're gonna want to. Thats just how it is. I think its just a matter of preference whether you do it or not, but I dont think it will shrink you at all
