This is AM work, starting this week ill be introducing a pm pump and clamp session. Pumping will be at 5hg for 20 to 30 mins, followed by 2- 15min clamp sessions.
Goal for 2018 is to have 9inch bpel or more and reach 6.5 eg. I WILL acheive this!!

Dang it feels like forever, after my first serious frenulum tear injury that took months to heal after things were going very well, I came back and yet again had a minor injury. Took much more time off after I got the thrombosis injury. I figured, might as well precondition myself since I've taken so much time off (give or take like 4 to 6 months off including injury time).

Now I'm ready to achieve my next goal (and permanent) of 9.5bpel x 6.5EG. Haven't measured in months, and most likely won't for awhile as I don't want to piss myself off if I see a decrease. My girth sure has not decreased, but length on the other hand not sure. But may just start these first 2 wks with just manuals with hands starting off with 20min jelqs, and 20 min stretches every direction for starters. One thing I'm going to change up is not use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. First of all, even with the mod kit (I'm uncut) it was still a pain in the butt for me, even though I racked up many hours with it.
What I do plan to do besides my light manual routine I mentioned above is use what's kinda like golf weights only the rings I'm using are a bit wider and heavier. Will start off with this to get my unit accustomed to hanging when I start that back up.

Today my second day, I could definitely feel the light soreness in my pelvic (inner part of my johnson). So I guess that means I was giving myself a good stretch. I plan on doing this routine Monday through Friday in the AM, while wearing the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] device for at least 6 to 8 hours. To rack up a good 30 to 40 hours weekly.
If you guys are wondering, I do PE stealth. I'm married, and got caught once (well wife found my, "penis torture toys" is what she calls it) and was against it. Demanded that she DID NOT want me any bigger and told me to STOP AT ONCE! But that went through one ear and out the other. Funny thing is even when I injured myself or took decon breaks she would still accuse me of getting bigger and that if she found any PE devices, she would break and throw it away. So I do this purely stealth and FOR ME. Hopefully you bros don't have the same issue with your ladies lol.

Best ones you can do is well sits (leaving on a wall while sitting at a 90 degree angle) do like 4 sets for 1 minute each set, walking bodyweight lunges, and bodyweight squats in place. Do a superset wallsits, walking bodyweight lunges 10 steps each each side, and squats (20 reps)=1 complete set. Do already 4 sets of these 3 exercises and your legs and butt will be on fire. Best thing is you can get and awesome leg pump from doing these with just your bodyweight. And trust me, these WILL tone you up, as well as add some leg size and definition.

Same routine, just doing a PM pump session for 20 mins at 5hg, followed by 2 sets of clamping at 10 mins.
