Hello MOS brothers! Happy belated new years. It's been months since checking in and also doing PE. After my last strict routine (about 8 months ago) I decided to take time off as progress had stalled. Also had my 2nd child, so the short vacay was needed. It was a tough decision for me to decondition as PE became a lifestyle to my journey to a 9 Nbpel and 6.5 EG. But I figure I was in this for the long run, and if I wanted to continue to see results, taking a break was needed.

Now I'm getting back into this, starting with a beginner routine for the first 4 to 6 weeks depending how I feel. I will start off with hand manuals (stretching, jelqs, hand clamps) for now before pulling out the LM/hanging/clamping/pumping. Haven't thought about measuring as I'm a bit to nervous and figure I wait about a month before doing so.

My routine to start off:
-300 wet jelqs

- stretch in all directions for 60 seconds for 4 sets

- 45 to 60 second hand clamp hold squeeze at base for 5 sets.

I will perform this Monday through Friday to start.
Happy to start back up, and hopefully this decon break will pay off and I'll bypass my last measurements. Until then, KEEP GROWING! ?

Might have to whip out my X4 extender for ADS to keep elongated during day. Definitely had a pump/plump fullness to my unit from yesterday's session. So far so good. Only 2 days back in.

Please get your extender out and start using it in the spirit of SRT so you can reap the benefits so much quicker. I wrote SRT to be the fastest way to gain size so if you follow the protocols of SRT you will gain at a rapid pace. Healing is just as important as gaining an SRT explains that intimately.
 
Week 2 started yesterday. Same routine, but I busted out my VLC mod X4 labs extender. First day back in extender and didnt add tension as I was trying to get use to it. I use to wear this complete day for 8 to 12 hours a day. I manage to get 4 hours in extender after session. After I took extender off, I put on cock ring for rest of day.

For this week will be same routine, except I will be adding extender with no tension and trying to get atleast 4 hours until I get use to wearing it like I use to.
 
2 weeks down! I’m happy you got your extender out it plays such an important role in healing the growth that you make. I suggest after all your work you do that you strap on your SG and allow your penis to heal in an elongated state. I can see element of SRT, especially healing. Keep up the good work.

So still at it. Been 100% consistent. Now been wearing my vlc mod extender for 6 hours each day this week with light tension. This time it's been easier wearing the extender, where as before it has been a drag. Only thing I've done different in my stretching is this week instead of using hands, I'm using my length master. Definitely feel the difference. I figure I give myself another 2 or 3 more weeks till I start hanging again. I loved hanging in the past, and it was so much easier since when I first started PE had no lil ones running around. So now that I have 2 kiddos, wonder how I'll manage.

But anyways almost another week down. I figure I'll get a measurement in the 8 to 12 week back in mark.

Another thing I'm doing is getting back into bodybuilding. I've kinda slacked on my gym sessions and got a bit to skinny. Bought me a bowflex 2 weeks ago, so I'm definitely trying to get the beach bod back come summer time. Supplements I'm taking:

*Creatine monohydrate: 5 grams daily
*Whey isolate (using Isolyze by species nutrition)
*Multi-vitamin (using animal pak by universal nutrition)
*L-Arginine 10 grams daily

Doing 20 to 30 mins HIIT cardio at home 3 times a week, bowflex 5 times a week. Calories are around 4500 per day (fast metabolism).

Going for the total body makeover is very smart because PE takes a lot of discipline and with that discipline it will spill over into your weight working routine. I love hearing that the lengthmaster is going very well for you and it sounds like your ADS sessions are kicking ass too. I think you have good news for us when you come back with your measurements.
 
Thx DLD and BSA, bowflex is pretty good. Definitely a difference from free weights as I retired from bodybuilding and no longer lift weights to gain muscle size. So far from what I noticed is good to keep you toned and it does feel challenging. I only paid $50 bucks for mine getting it off an app. I wont mention it on this post, since I'm not sure it would be breaking rules. But you can PM me and I can give you the name of the app. I got mine still in a box from this older couple that never used it and needed to get rid of it before they moved. It was a steal!!

But I figured I'd give the bowflex a go since the last thing I want to do after getting home, hanging with my kiddos till bed times is go to the gym. Doesnt take much room at all.
