Ok everyone. So here I am. Day one. Did my first stretching set this morning following DLDs First Routine. I must say I was tender for a few minutes after my first (well lets be honest not my FIRST first, but my first time this time around) jelq, but that's gone away now and all I feel is excitement for continuing.

I guess now just a bit of history and goal laying out it is in order.
I've often done the "today is the first day of the new me" talk and then never done anything about it. This time I want it to be different, and I feel that maybe by making myself accountable to updates and having people who actually understand the effort involved would be beneficial
I haven't done bone press measurements but im about 3.5FL/4.0FG and 5.7EL/5.2EG or somewhere about there. I'm really looking to add 2 inches in both my [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words] and EL and maybe an 1 inch in girth. Also I am just looking for an overall increase in penile health. I've begun noticing softer erections sometimes , even when making love, and that has started to bother me..
My story started fresHydromaxan year of high-school when everyone else had seemingly already gone through puberty and I hadn't quite got there yet. Being 14 in the locker-room with my non-dropped balls and turtling penis caused me no end of humiliation..I was laughed at a lot by the older guys and people said I had a chode dick..A nickname that stuck all year..literally people would yell it out across campus at me... Of course now I'm older (mid 20's) and my balls hang lower and my dick doesn't turtle (as much)..but the damage has been done to my confidence..
I hope this wasn't an over share, but that's the first time I've ever told that story to anyone.
Needless to say as much as I love my penis, and I really do, I want it to be more. I want it to be fuller and more impressive right out of the gate, I'm tried of wondering if it will be hard enough to impress by the time im out of my pants...
This is also going to be about my overall health in general. I'm 6'2" and about 230lbs, I'm aiming to get that down to 210. So not only will I update about gains but hopefully losses as well .
So while I may not update every day. I think I'll at least do measurement updates every 2 weeks and a weigh in every week.. then just fill in from there.
