quite good not as hard as before i had the accident though but i thought it was because i didnt do any physical exercise for a long time due to my new job
but now i have quit the job and have started to do physical exercise again and now ... BAAAM i try to start my pe sessions again and nothing has changed

How old are you? Could be testosterone related. Whenever my test is normal/high I have absolutely no problems getting and keeping an erection. When its low then nothing short of Cialis will take care of it temporarily.
 
Lay off masturbation overall. Set a goal to masturbate once a month. Masturbation decreases erection quality.

If erections are strong during masturbation and not during sex it is definitely an anxiety issue. Now when you say "quite good not as hard as before" this could be due to a lack of strength in the Pelvic Floor Muscles or fatigue. I would first install a solid Kegel routine in your daily work. I also suggest you play with timing to find the perfect space between workouts that do not effect eq. You can also work on erection quality through edging.

now i am getting in shape

Haven't read everything here, but i saw you mentioned that your EQ drop happend after you started physical exercises again, if i understand it correct. What happend to me when i started doing heavy lifting and things my penis EQ started to suffer, because
my body was in need for more blood in the muscles i trained instead of the penis. As my penis wasn't working actively, but my muscles where. I don't know if it is only temporary and maybe you should balance it out more by keegel even more if you do any other physical workouts. But i stopped the physical work instead and my penis went back to normal eventually.

The difference in the amount of blood needed in a PE'd penis (unless maybe a monster like DLD :cool:) is negligible. I'm pretty huge and this is me saying that, it's not blood. Have you been consistently doing Kegels? Getting enough sleep? Eating well? These are things to consider.
