The difference in the amount of blood needed in a PE'd penis (unless maybe a monster like DLD
) is negligible. I'm pretty huge and this is me saying that, it's not blood. The issue is going to be one of having enough available pre-factors for the erection process (for nitric oxide), or possibly the person doesn't realize just how intensely they're doing Girth exercises, which can temporarily mess up the cells necessary for nitric oxide production with waste by-products that need to be cleared out during
sufficient recovery.
I saw some earlier recommendations for nutritionally adding Arginine. It
is related during the second-stage effect of erections in the chemistry of nitric oxide production in the endothelial and epithelial cells, but any arginine you might take won't last for very long in the body before being used up or converted away into other things. If you want to increase a reserve-pool of arginine in the body, the way to do that is by taking something like Citrulline Malate 2:1 Complex (label dosage, 2x/day), which will hang out for a long time and very quickly be available for producing nitric oxide if called upon. If you're working out intensely, or more intensely than you're used to, while eating poorly .. a lack of nitric oxide components could definitely be a problem because it's used for many things and all of that can eat inroads into your available supply.
Just to add a couple more things that help with this aspect of erections I'd also recommend Maca (1 to 2 grams, 2x/day), and (sounds crazy) shelled Walnuts (1 ounce, 2x/day). Make sure you're getting enough Zinc too (a bioavailable form of it) and enough Copper to balance the Zinc because those need to be consumed in a ratio to each other.

So there's two types of issues there:
One is just the basic exhaustion of the Erotic Response .. "oh look, naked sex chick number 6,722 ... Meh."
And two is the potential for unintentionally raising your Erotic Threshold to unrealistic levels that you'll never (or really rarely) encounter in real life, where most of the time chicks are not going to be doing each other while begging "you" to join in, while jambing themselves in every hole with xyz, and dangling from an electric orgasm whatever, etc, etc, etc.
For you as a teen, or for any of our ancestors .. a naked sex chick would be like Shwiiing! and they'd be good to go. These days that's just called 'vanilla'.

And look up Phthalate Detox too, 22 years old is a bit early usually for major issue with the environmental estrogenic plastics that leech into everything, but who knows, they're poison to everybody and definitely mess up male hormones involved in the 'aggressive' component of sexual desire. Avoiding them and detoxing them out is positive move for both EQ and for hitting the gym..
