Cool man, I might be asking you for some advice in the future as to what you raised it to if I don't see any results after a few months.
 
NATHANIEL ...is a guy from holland, but his been in prison for a long time, he is in prison right now, also he loves prison sex :banghead: ...im just messing with you:P . That is a real name of a guy who started this thread (i double checked in CIA database)
 
That is one kick ass routine, but some stuff i just cant do yet cause im still newbie, some stuff are from phase 2. Great gains, you have my 10 for effort. That stretch straight down is what gave me 1,5 cm lenght in almoust 2 moths, damn good work.

BTW, CIA is central intelligence agency (i double checked in FBI)

glad to see ya making gains. Good strategy, exhaust gains on the simpler exercises and move onto heavier ones. Key to gaining.
