Penis enlargement is not for lazy or weak minded, it is for the man that is motivated and ready to make miracles happen. Consistency and dedication are extremely important as there is work to be done. Understanding the fundamentals of Penis Enlargement are the first step to making gains.

At the end of the session it is evident that I have accomplished my goal of expansion and this is just what I want.

Now, I always do length work before girth work as after I have expanded it becomes difficult to stretch. I pretty much follow the 12 Week workout full time. When the body becomes used to any exercise eventually it will respond less and less to it making pushing the levels a must. Supersets are the best way to keep gains coming as the coupling exercise can be drawn from a huge selection of stretches and jelqs. If the stretches I am using do not feel enough I will make them stronger or change them up. For instance, Somedays I may superset the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] with DLD Blasters and sometimes I may use Footlongs, it all depends on the day and how I am feeling. I am always trying to get more and more out of each workout. With girth work it is the same, my goal is to always see expansion. If I am not seeing the expansion I will push the supersets even further by adding time, intensity or other complimentary exercise.

In Penis Enlargement you can never stand still, you always need to be pushing the levels, you always need to be prepared to step up the sessions. The moment you stand still gains will stop. I would say my latest routine is the best "gainers" routine. If I could only use one routine it would be 1 Inch in 12 Weeks, it includes the best Penis Enlargement methods and theories into one routine.

You should try much shorter stretches, maybe 1 minute at a time.
 
Always valuable to revisit the basics...as with everything, dedication/discipline/determination trumps all. Reminds me of an aphorism:

'The harder I work, the luckier I get'

Believe me there are many others. There are some exercises I created that have never seen the light of day as they became buried as quickly as I posted them. Some real Gold in these old threads. I think most of the veterans here take our knowledge for granted, many of these old threads are fresh material for new users. So much to learn when you start dig.
