I've been clamping for a good month now (probably more) and i'm surprised to see after measuring today, i haven't gained even a cm. as intense as clamping is, i figured i'd have at least .1" in gains. maybe i should stop ejaculating after my sessions. or maybe i should try every other day instead of almost every day with rest on the weekends
 
Busting daily can fuck with EQ(trust me I know) so try to limit it. As far as gains go. Who knows. Your guess is just as good as the next person.As long as they show up at some point is the only thing that matters.

my EQ really hasn't dropped at all. it just takes a little bit longer to get hard, but once i get there it's still hard as usual
 
Perhaps you should try some more traditional girth exercise without clamping. I have never clamped (well once to try out) and I made great girth gains. The three exercises I used most were Slow Squash Jelqs, DLD Bends and Girth Busters.
 
Well

I've been clamping for about a month now. And have gone from about 5.4 mseg to almost 5.7 mseg (it's on the lil line before the 5.75 line - so saying almost 5.7 to err on the side of caution).

To be honest I'm pretty shocked and stoked about it myself. I jelqued for a few months, and did ligament stretches, going from about 7.75 bpel to now about 8bpel ... and with a good 1" fat pad (dammit) I'm about 7" nbpl (7.25 if I squeeze haha).

It may have helped that prior to that I did a lot of bends, and two hand squeezes (DLD blasters?) ... ?

I'll try to post a pic tonight. Maybe it's just a result of the recent clamping, but, the measurement was having not clamped that day ... so dunno. It's almost silly to post this now without a pic because I'm sure it'll be met with severe criticism haha. Trust me, I'm quite critical myself ... in fact, looking forward to measuring today and seeing what's the deal.

i actually did all that for a long time and never saw a millimeter of growth

i don't really know how long i've been doing Penis Enlargement. off and on for a few years.
my clamp sessions are usually 15-25 minutes long with lots of horse squeezes, bends, and Red's width exercise. as for length i don't really have a routine since i don't care much about it. i do Resiflexes and different stretches throughout the day though.
i'm 18.

Girth can be troublesome for people. My problem is length so I'm not sure what to tell ya. Clamping every other day game me gains. when i was younger it was months then stopping, but lately i've been pretty consistent, maybe taking a week off before starting again. since getting my clamp i don't think i've stopped yet.

Not sure if it's just from recent clamping. Nonetheless, the results are promising for me.
 
I go for about 3 months and then take 3-6 off. I've seen gains this way as my newbie gains were 1/2 inch girth and 1/4 inch length. My gains after that are a 1/4 inch girth and length. I just started another routine after 6 months off. You might try a decon break.
 
Serious girth gains for such a short period...GOOD SHOW! These posts give guys so much hope and encouragement, thanks for sharing!
 
i think i'm going to switch to one day on one day off. i might be overworking. i took 2 days off so i'll start again tomorrow. i noticed i got hard as fuck today just from watching a porno. recently i've had to have physical stimulation for that to happen. if i don't see gains after the 2nd month, i'm just going to quit Penis Enlargement because my gains have been so minimal it's hardly worth it. my penis isn't small enough for it to bother me anyway
 
Well you've had some girth gains. It takes a lot less girth gain to be noticible for a woman....

Stay focused man and try to feel around when you tunica is completely engaged. Not 100 percent but let it fade to like 90-95 percent then attack with fierce Horse Squeezes and murderous ISC's.

that's already what i do clamped. yesterday, after clamping, i was so pumped up, if my dick was the size it was, i wouldn't even do Penis Enlargement. it looked so damn thick. it's just that the gains don't stay. if only that temporary pump would stay.....
 
Well clamping is to expand the tunica with such a pressure that manual girth exercises cant give. So your getting massive expansion but not cementing? Maybe your tunica is stretched out but there isn't enough smooth muscle to hold it at this enlarged state. Do you jelq? If you don't maybe throwing in some jelqs at the end of the session to promote smooth muscle growth. Thats my best guess man. Ive only gained a half an inch girth wise and I honestly believe that this is the problem. Hit it hard and jelq that joint til it stays for good.

maybe. i don't usually jelq and when it looked really swollen i did. maybe i should finish off with jelqs too then

Jelqing or any other girth exercise is great for reducing or eliminating any fluid build up. With the basic movement and intensity it will disperse the fluid build up throughout the penis. It will also keep you penis in tip top shape.
 
im not one to speak on girth but heres what i can tell you

so i think you should just give yourself more rest time before you decide to throw in the towel

Agreed, I would clamp and that would be it and the gains would not appear. But added in some jelqing and helped get rid of the soggy fluid look you get and helped with gains.

Add in jelqing after all clamping sessions.
 
It also helps with flaccid hang. After just clamping and ending a session it would be plump for like a hour then fade. Now it stay for good from the jelqing after.

Remember all the exercises people want to skip are the BEST. Kegels and jelq, if you want gains DO THEM!!!
