So far, hanging weights is working the best for me. I have gained a little over an inch this past year. Using a "progressive hanging" approach. I up the weight I use every time I can. When I have a week where I can hang more than a few sets in a row with the same weight for more than two days in a row that week, I know I need more weight. It's simple and it works.

PE tends not to stop. We want stats update after so many years. Those who stopped PE for a long while, stats update will provide insights on the regression of tissues from the long breaks.

Sorry, I'm new here, was just browsing, I didn't realize. Plus, the topic might be an old post but maybe new information or people adding info can help those of us new. 🤷‍♂️. I just started here so looking for as much info as possible.
