Ok please help me with this scenario.

If we were to take a duplicate flaccid penis with all of the real "live" qualities and stretch the tunica out for length what would work ideally.

We know our options.

We can manually stretch it.
We can hang weights from it.
We can jelq it.
We can [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] it.
etc etc.

I am trying to shed some new light on this by really taking the past aspects of what we "think" out and treat this an an entirely new experiment.

The only constant I can really come up with that will assist in lengthening this tough object is some kind of outward pulling and heat.

Understanding Active Stretching and Passive Stretching I think DLD is onto something more than we know with the "stretch reflex" or kegaling during this stretching process. I just don't really understand the science of how.

We know there are many ways to skin this cat. We have all had success with different methods. Are the keys we need to remember and utilize we are missing?

We need
1) Force
2) heat?
3) kegaling / stretch reflex involvement?
4) jelquing for blood flow inbetween sets?

Rest is another, sometimes guys dont have enough rest to see growth. Doyou think that the force or intensity should over time be increased to yield more gains? I think like that but wonder how others see it. Example would be hanging weights but intensity would need increasing eachtime to see results or eachweek shall we say.

Force could be increased by fewer rests between sets & reps but also if one couldnt increase the weight on the hang or force to the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] than doing extra's so long as it didnt go longer than a past session when similer force was used, would keep intensity levels going higher.

I've read time and time again the penis isnt a muscle and should not be trained like a muscle, but than again its a part of the human body and the same principles apply to it to grow as they do for a bicep muscle to grow:> Stimulate it, Recover from the stimulation and lastly grow, so Stimulate Recover Grow.

When we are stretching our penis, what we are doing and something that no one uses the words to describe whats going on is stress ... we are applying stress to he penis and its this stress that encourages it to change and grow otherwise why ..WHY else would a mans penis grow in size? think about it .. the penis has no mind of its own and doesnt know the difference from a hand pulling it or a string hanging from it and must adapt to the regular stress applied to it because the body has to do this for survival otherwise we would be injured othewise.

Its like when you sunbath and get a tan, its all a stress applied to the body and its only because of this stress that one gets a tan. With further repeat exposure to the sun [Further stimulation/force/intensity] the body adapts further and one notices more of a tan. Its only when the user hasnt recovered that they will burn or if they have light skin they cant use much stimulation and need more recovery. I hope you see my example here because its very simple when applied to pe, it all works the same. Some need more rest, like with the sunbathing. I sometimes have 2-3 days out the sun from 1 day of intense exposure when I become really dark from it. I know than not to go into the sun the nextday, even though I'm not burn but very olive skinned ... its a warning the intensity was enough and my body needs to recover and grow [tan] otherwise I will be hurt.

When I resume the sunbathing 2-3 days afterwards I do not burn and keep going darker. Eventually I will need more days off because my body is being placed under more and more stress from the sun otherwise one burns.

Now when this stress keeps going regularly and consistently the penis gets more conditioned to it and thats when the pe'er has to really step it up and hit the gears into high intensity. When I say this, I dont mean go ape and yank at it doing set after set but appl the three basic principles :> Stimulate, Recover, Grow.

You will need more stimulation in the form of higher intensity, which I have already mentioned how and the recovery process will need more time so more rest is needed because you have been hitting your penis harder than before, so it will need more rest to heal and than grow.

A good example is clamping, when you do clamped ballooning and your penis is getting thicker than normal, so you add squeezes to it ... that is going up in stimulation/intensity/force and over time this equals MORE GROWTH but not without good rest which is a much overlooked factor.

So to me the main thing is to keep the intensity levels going gradually higher and higher as you pe, to further encourage growth otherwise if you used the same routine with the same force and the same reps and the same time etc than you would see hardly anything in size gains and what gains you did see would be from that initial routine and not from further proggression of the actual stimulation needed to keep that going.

Blood is the clay in this game because thats what your playing with most of the time when erect unless your flaccid and still your playing with blood just not as much. The blood is filling the penis via chambers which are filled via pockets and its these pockets which become enlarged over time to increase size accordingly, so damn yeah blood is so vital and why I spoke about erect hanging and erect clamped this & that in the past because when its done erect your forging something from the fire, its raw and your molding it to how you want it and not merely hitting a cold harder to work with metal that has limits placed upon it, more so than if it were hot [I'm talking about flaccid VS erect].

The kegals and reflex movements seem to be sly and I do not know how they work with length gains ... but something is going on as dld's 'A' stretch worked entirely on the performance and mastering of the reverse kegel to see gains.

I have been reacing Grays anatomy and will post soon on my findings with the muscles around the penis , because from what I can see at the moment when we R/Kegel the main muscle that anchors the bulb of the penis to the root is relaxed to such a degree that when one pulls on the penis, you can hit the area inside your body [of the penis] that you would normally not be able to hit.

It would make sense to R/K when doing expressive stretching otherwise the muscle that again anchors the penis to the root would resist against the force and hence that tight pull feeling when you do it and not R/K but try it R/K and you feel more of a burn because your hitting the ligaments attached around that muscle now which must mean that your also hitting more of the good stuff inside to stretch outwards.

Jelquing between sets is like slapping the penis about from thigh to thigh to get the circulation going and is important. I shake my cock around like a helicoptor while I clamp and to the sides, finding this is a very useful method to encourage circulation.

Finally, the angle of attack applied to the stretched penis is important and one only need look up 'V' stretches, erect bends, 'U' bends etc.
