So as i'm nearing 8 inches, currently 7.6 inch (BPenis EnlargementL) I feel i should improve my 5.5 inch (MSEG) to 6 inches.

I also need to increase base girth which i know is just heavy downward stretching or hanging (i prefer manual downward stretching).

Clamped Edging with Horse Squeezes, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and Wet Jelq's thrown in. Sets last anywhere from 10-45 minutes depending on the person but I go usually 30-45 mins and that's me done. The exercises I add into the Clamped Edging dont follow a pattern i.e. two horses and 10 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s ... that's a load of balls to me, might work better for you but if you find it more of a hindrance just chuck in where you feel adequate the additional stuff.

The clamped edging is Marjorly powerful, man I LOVE IT ... your engorged fully and jacking away to the PONR so also doing kegels and [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] work while hitting girth its a winner!!! If you like chuck in erect stretching while doing all this, really its a very adaptable exercise. I always referred to clamped edging as Standard Constrictors in my guide.
 
How tight should the clamp be? As when i clamp before it's like... maxed out. Should i be getting a purple head and see veins becoming very prominent?

Indeed. Any kind of heavy downward stretching or hanging brings extremely fast base girth gains.
