I'm a South African born Indian/Persian bloke , and I have found this site desperately seeking a way to increase my embarrassingly small dick.
So after having measured just 4.8 inches in length ( ), I would like to give Penis Enlargement a try. My dilemma is that I was involved in an accident where I was unconscious for a few days. Hospital catheter caused Urethra infection where my urethra tightened, and after 2 operations to stretch it, there is no success in opening it up back to standard. I fear if I try and Penis Enlargement , I might cause further damage.

It wouldn't be a huge risk to try P.E. Like 8"Clops said, give the newbie stretches a go, slowly work into them, get a feeling for the technique. I can urinate easily but flow is quite slow because of tightened urethra. There is no pain though.
Sex is fine if ..... errrr... how do I put this .... well if im on top. A lady once tried reverse cowgirl and
it was very uncomfortable and slight pain. so basically all those kind of positions that force the penis to push forward
will cause this kind of discomfort and pain.

I don't really know if I should chance it if it could cause my urethra to tighten more. But if you guys can tell me

YOu see, my SO has no problem at all with my tiny guy, ironically I give her much pleasure during intercourse due to the 'love making' . Of course a bigger dick increases the pleasure but it is what it is. So due to my unfortunate incident and current conditions, I need to weigh my options carefully. When I urinate the flow is quite slow, but no pain or discomfort. The same when I have intercourse BUT when one time she tried reverse cowgirl position,
it was not pleasurable at all. When the penis is pulled front ( meaning down towards my feet), it kinda hurts the urethra, so I avoid those kind of positions. To make more sense of it, I think
when my urethra is pressed on something hard, and in motion, its uncomfortable.

As to how I feel, well I really don't know to be honest. My SO doesn't complain about my tiny, I just feel too small when I see what else is out there. Yeah its a mental thing.

Maybe I will give it a try and just be extra careful.

Depending on where the tight part of the uruthrea is I would be very carefull to target that area directly.

I would first start with very light stuff like extending and low pressure pumping. This would mean more time under less tension opposed to short time high tension.Also good warm ups
