That looks really cool. How much weight have your tryed on it? I think what is really cool about it is that it would squeeze the blood out of the glans as it pulled tighter. Does it grip tighter on the glans than on any other part of the penis? Any pain overall?
 
That looks very similar to the swimcap method of hanging that Tom Hubbard used to advocate (see here)... Very clever idea though...
