anyone ever experience their girth getting smaller or girth gains getting hindered from hanging? i ask because i've read over and over again that hanging will do this (an increase in length but decrease in girth). the only positive thing i heard about hanging and girth, is an increase in base girth. what's the deal?
 
Youve read wrong. No doubt youve read such B.S. at least once on a penis enlargement site promoting strictly manual exercises. I've seen it myself. I have never lost any girth from hanging. I dont know how much base girth I have gained, but it's been at least a little bit. Maybe 1/2" or a little more base girth? That's after gaining a little over 1.5" of length from hanging too. ;)
 
Remember, the dick is not like a peice of taffy, its more like a balloon. Stretching an uninflated balloon lengthwise will make it expand easier, both in terms of its length and width.
 
I thought hanging was decreasing my girth as well, though the tape measure does not lie.

After an intense hanging session I do some manual excercises and for the next 6 hours or so it shrivels a bit and if I try and get an erection it will not be full. This is normal from my perspective. If I don't do Penis Enlargement for a few days, my girth is about 1/4 inch bigger than when I am hanging/stretching a lot.

Also, as you get longer the proportions change so if your girth does not gain as fast as you gain length like me (I am about 8 BP in length now but only a little over 5 in girth), then at times it can seem like it is getting skinnier.

I have gained considerable girth since starting Penis Enlargement but my length gains have definitely outpaced my girth gains, so sometimes I look down and think things are looking skinny but then I pull out the tape measure and realize it is all in my mind.
 
Hmmm... I always thought that hanging will increase your girth too just from the stimulus of the weight being hanged off of it. The penis has to compensate for all that extra stress by getting longer as well as thicker, no? You won't gain as much girth as you would from an isolated girth routine, but I'd think you'd gain some at least....especially in the base.
 
Hanging high will increase growth tremedously. Think about it. When you hang high, you are getting the effect of a squeeze coupled with the stretching of the lig that's attached to the pubic bone.

I have been hanging since November 2001, and have gained two inches in length and 1.5 inches in circumference.
 
I hung for 4 months and my base girth increased by 1/2". I owe that to the ligs getting thicker due to having to handle all the weight I was putting on it.

what do you mean by hanging high?
 
I would practise caution with "hanging high" as it was put. I dont know what type of hanger you would use to do this, but there's no way the hanger is anchoring itself behind the glans (on the "shoulders") like it should be. It also sounds like you are speaking of or encouraging hanging with a partial erection. Extreme care must be used when doing so, if that's what you are suggesting.
 
Isn't hanging high exactly what Bib did to get all his upper shaft girth with his Uli thing?
Im uncut and I can't hang with at least a little blood in front of my hanger.Or it slips off, no matter how tight.

what do you mean? it was explained that hanging high may encourage base girth, not upper shaft girth. i don't understand. and what do you mean Uli thing? an Uli is a manual girth exercise.

Yes the Uli is a manual exercise, but Bib also made a "Uli thing" which helped with the exercise (no hand fatigue to worry about). Must be a explained better here somewhere!
 
Just a quick note... When I started hanging I was at 4.75"ish girth along the entire shaft. After 4 months or so I was at 5.25" along the entire length. Don't know why, but don't mind of course.

As a side note, length gains went from 6.75" EBP starting to 7.5" EBP as well. The strange thing is that I also had a LOT of 6:00 to 7:00 and now am at about 7:00, maybe slightly more. So, the gains in girth did not appear to affect the gains in length.

may i ask how old you are? if you are young, maybe you still were experiencing natural growth as well (girthwise at least)? if not, then wow! that's unreal! are you sure you started at 4.75? were you doing any girth work in addition to your hanging? i thought people usually gained only base girth? i love hearing this stuff! i can't wait til i get my hanger. my hopes are high.

btw, did you use Bib's hanger? and what was your routine? how many hours per day? did you hang btc, sd, so, or a combination of them? thanks.
 
Sorry for the long belated response. I just turned 35 so I don't think there is any natural growth. I measure everything and write it down in a log to track my progress so I am pretty sure it is accurate. I now can fill up a toilet role tube and could not before. That is kind of neat. From the length standpoint, I can also now start to feel that I am getting into spots in my wife that I have not gone before. It is somewhere in the back, upper part. I can't wait for what another 1/2" will bring. Right now I am in the middle of no-gains land but I know if I wait and be patient and persistent more will come. It is inevitable.

I used my Bib hanger for my most recent hanging and I have been able to hang in comfort without un-due stress on my member. I started with a Captain's Wench and it worked but led to some nerve damage (numbing) with my unit due to me overtightening it on my shaft. I have gotten through that. The funny thing is that after I took about three months off and came back I had an immediate jump in length up to my current length of 7.5" BP. Before I was at 7.1"BP, which at the time was up from 6.75:BP. Kind of wierd and I do not know why this happened. Makes me think of taking a break every few months.

My routine is nothing special. I hang for about 2 hours or so a day. when I do not feel stress at a particular angle any longer I will change the angle of attack. For example I will take a 12 mintue session and instead of hanging OTS for all of the session I will start the session with about 5 minutes to one side and then go to OTS. I will then really feel the tress at the base near my pelvis, which is where I have always felt it. The next session I will start to the other side before going OTS. Also, instead of getting bent out of shape on upping my weight or hanging for two hours in teh morning and then calling it off for the day in a false sense of accomplishment, I increase the amount of sessions throughout the day, while being carefull to spread it out evenly throughout the day and get a late night session in and an early morning session in to keep the unit in a fatigued state in to the next day. I don't want it to heal and "toughen" up over night. I am by no means accomplished, having to learn through the pains, and have just begun this very interesting and strange journey. I have had some great input from Bib, Captain and others that has really helped. I have been a lurker for the most part and now feel as I find out anything that might help I should say something.

i hang every day,and do girth work at least 3 times per week,and more when i can.for a month i was hanging high only,and i did notice girth gains(base,and mid shaft)i think i have cemented 1/2" in girth,but i want to wait another month before i state that as "FACT" :)
has anyone clamped off at say 60% erect and tried hanging high?i have been thinkin bout tryin this,but i would like to know if anyone else has tried it yet.it seems to me that if i can gain girth hanging high flaccid,then hanging high semi erect should show some extra girth gains.like ladmh said it would be like a stretch & a squeeze at the same time.
 
I hang every day for at least an hour with very heavy weight and it definetely increased girth over the whole shaft.Hopefully the length gains will occur within the next couple of weeks!

I do a hardcore hanging routine for 1 hour a day.I´m now up to 29 pounds.I used to hang 2 hour with 20 pounds before.Girth gained about 0.25 inch within 2 months.
 
wesb, Sorry for not seeing this until now. I can not get on nearly as often as I would like to. The following takes into account that the reader already has some experience hanging and knows the basics in set up and technique, etc.

First off, driving and hanging is not the safest combination but it is all I have to work with to get the needed time in. By doing this I can hang about every 20 minutes off and on throughout the day. You will learn to have very active eyes and mind for safety sake (extra deensive driving). Also, you will learn to use your knees to drive while you attach the hanger, etc. You will also get used to wrapping and doing all of this without taking your eyes off of the road while you ride, doing it all by feel, believe it ir not.

The set up is pretty easy. I use the same hanging set up anyone else probably uses with the exception that I hang over the shoulder (OTS) and hang the weights over the top of the headrest so they hang behind me where the back seat passenger's knees would normally be. I drive a Nissan Exterra and it has a head rest that is squared off at the top which provides a nice resting spot for the rope.

The way it rests on the top of the headrest is what is more different: I use a rope that does not stretch, which is important and I run it through a PVC fitting that is shaped like a "C", only it is not a complete half circle. It is more of 1/3 of a circle. This allows the rope to feed freely across the top of the headrest while also protecting the head rest from getting marred.

You have to get used to picking up the weights on the rope, which I keep in the right hand passengers floor board, and reaching your arm over your head while setting this up on top of teh head rest. You will then attach the "S" hook of your Bib (or whatever hanger you choose to use) to the rope after you pull the rope down to the correct level to attach it. It helps to have a round ring on the end of the rope. It also helps to have the ring larger than the PVC fitting so it will not fall through the fitting in the event that you drop the whole thing while you are trying to hook yourself up.... and this will happen! Try to think outside of the box when it comes to hanging angles. If you tie some loops at chosen points along your rope you can hang your weights over the front of the seat, to the side, etc. Just be safe and careful while driving!

For heat, I bought a DC/AC power converter from Circuit City that I use for this and other things like printers and laptop, etc.

I carry all of this in a small soft-sided attache kind of thing. The lid folds over and latches in the front. It has two compartments, one that I use for the heating pad and the Bib hanger and the other compartment I use for the weights and rope set-up.

As far as the cars around you, they usually can not tell what you are doing as long as you are descreet. After all, they are hopefully trying to drive carefully with eyes facing ahead! It helps to drive in the right lane since cars passing you on the left can not see in as easliy as they can if they looked in the right window. You can also block curious people in the passenger seat of cars passing on the left by just placing your elbow up by the window and placing your hand on your chin, etc. Also, big rigs can see all, so you will want to have a towel, magazine, or road map within reach to lay accross your lap to make everything look cool. I use these techinques of descreetness in rush hour Atlanta traffic right through the gut of the city on I-75/85 in stop and go traffic and it works well. No one has been able to tell yet after about a year now.

Now... when you do light jelking after a set while you are driving... you are on your own!! I would just suggest not to do it if a policeman (or policelady?!?) happens to be passing you! The closest I have come to being discovered was when I was attaching my hanger this past week in front of a local university and got rear-ended by a 20 year old girl who was not watching what she was doing. My coordination and driving was fine, but you can not control others driving! As a side note; I think I set a new record in taking off my Bib hanger when I saw her coming towards my car with her insurance info in hand!

Remember, take care and err on the side of caution when in doubt. It will become second nature to you after a while.

Thanks a lot for replying Poke.....what I'm thinking about doing is using a fish scale instead of weights, I've fooled with it in the car some just holding it freehand and I dont think it will be a problem to use. It's great to know someone else has done this successfully, and even made through the worst possible scenario - having a wreck! You're a big inspiration!
