Just wanted to share my progress and great news. First measurement since I started 2 months ago- erect length 4 3/4 " to 5" !!!! Erect girth 4 3/4" to 5" !!!! Just a great update. I started all of this last December 2012, Im 9 months in and holy crap this stuff really does work! As you can see above I started at flaccid 3.5" erect- 4.7" girth 5" . There's an entire section devoted to the removal of discoloration but it appears to be a moth long process during which time your dick will be rather tender so you might want to hold off on that till your wife's a little less excitable. Furthermore, continuing Penis Enlargement will make the discoloration return quite quickly so I'd say it's probably only worth it when you're done growing.

For the first 1,5 months I just jelqed (and had fast initial gains>0,2" within two weeks or so), then I experimented a bit with SSJs (not fully erect) and the stretching beginner routine for a short time and "injured" myself, took 3 months off to recover from three irritated veins. Some erect stretches here and there and lately I began with ATS Rollers (as explained by Redzulu in his clamping section). I plan to do them once or twice a week (also 30-40 min). Furthermore I do about 45 minutes of Mandigo stretches every evening in front of the TV. While I'm not willing to sacrifice my work time to a extensive length workouts, these Mandingos can be comfortably be performed during lazy spare time. That's ideal for me.
