I have gotten the turkey neck effect that alot of guys talk about. Most guys usually have negative things to say about the turkey neck but I actually like the look of I like having all that skin down there.

I say good idea when I put my dick inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I do a kegel before my first pump then one more before my second pump just to fill my head up with blood I think that's what has gotten my head to get bigger. While I'm pumped at max I'm only able to do a few kegels.
 
Pendulum, I'm also curious... Did you say that the additional sleeve helped with the seal. I got two today and beat the hell out of the first one trying to modify it so it would seal. Every time I got ready to do my stretches above the water, sitting on ledge of the tub, it kept leaking. Is there a way to correct for this?

(FYI, I don't have the comfort ring on the bottom but could reattach it if you think it'll help)

I don't use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for now, but my comfort ring was away for most of the time. I did receive a replacement, but it broke after a while as well. Sanding the with fine grit sandpaper and using a lube, maybe vaseline, helped me to create a good seal.
I did try some sleeve modifications but I always got anxious with them and lost patience. Just keeping my pubes short and using a lube helped me to create a good seal. But the rings of death, oh my! That's what the sleeve is good for and if you get it to work, then good for you!

And it's a good idea kegeling inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], but at maximum pressure it's hard and I wouldn't necessarily advice to kegel while using the maximum pressure. But while building up the pressure, it's a good thing, will help a lot growing that nice head!
 
Yes the sleeve did help with the seal and no more rings of death. When you say beat up what exactly did you do to the sleeve??

Yea at max pressure it is hard to kegel I can only do about 3 at a time. Kegeling while building up is definitely giving me significant head gains.

Well I read some members like to take it off right away as does DLD. When I had no choice it was okay at first but now that I'm doing the stretches the comfortless ring really digs into my skin and balls. Seal wise I can't complain and if it wasn't for my ball issue I'd even put up with the pain under the ring itself, but like I'm carping here and on the other thread it just hurts sooooo friggin much!

And yes, I've found it hard to kegel too while in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], I'll try to get a hundred out but they're small at best.
 
Yes you can only do but do many kegels In the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I kegel until my head is fully expanded then I pump once kegel again to full expansion pump again then kegel and pump one more time then I just pump 2-3 more times and I am at max pressure.
 
I now FINALLY get why kegels are essential!

My penis looks so much thicker when I do these properly like the guy in the video and hold them for longer. Previously I was doing them wrong and just tensing my PC muscle and letting go quickly. Now I understand that you need to hold it to get proper expansion.

Lol ok sorry let me try to reiterate. Kegeling and reverse kegeling, or using the PC and BC muscles at all, are kind of hard for me to know if I am even doing right outside of stopping, starting peeing. So what I'm saying is, having watched this video, are you saying that once you get an erection if you kegel you will see visual evidence you did it correctly by having your penis head swell like this? cause if thats the case my life just got much easier.

Yes exactly the same thing your doing to stop the urine is a kegel so yes do that when erect or even soft. You know how to make your dick jump right ? That's a kegel.

It really surprises me that alot of grown men don't know how to kegel it's something I have been doing since a kid I just never knew it was a kegel. We do it everyday. I don't understand the confusion. And hepcat does your head expand at all?? I might just have very good blood flow or a very strong pc muscle because I have been doing them for 15 plus years.

I guess I'm lucky I thought everyone's head looked like that after a kegel. Another reason why is maybe because I jelq more than you. Your focusing length first right? Every excersize I do I try to get as much blood into my head as possible. So I might just be training my head harder than most guys because I want a fat mushroom head. I have visually seen gains in my head since starting pe especially when I'm flaccid before pe my flaccid head was smaller than my shaft now it's the opposite.

But you do know how to do it you explained it yourself. Maybe your head just isn't expanding YET! Apparently most guys see a little change but nothing like how mines expands. Work up to it.
