Well I'm not really the 'guru' regarding
hanging and length exercise BUT I always thought that constant regular
hanging and length work using force would make the ligaments stronger over time so that they become harder to get anything from. This would makesense as the body would want to adapt to this, because its a stress being applied to the body and in response will strengthen the ligaments.
Okay .. what would I do? Well being honest I wouldnt train like the conventional way many do with
hanging. Going for long long sessions connected to a device at 10-25lbs or whatever else. I do think it works, hell proof is around for all to see but its when you get to the stage that those ligs get STUBBORN and are being little swines you need .... a BOOST and that boost for me if I were in your shoes sir would be to hit it hard and quickly with very heavy
weights using a device that could support it such as that Max-vac
hanging device I seen on here [never used one].
I could get flamed for this, but I dont mind because to me it makes perfect sense but do not try it unless you are ADVANCED and know your body.
Example, you use 15lbs on a regular basis to hang with and notice nothing at the moment ... well use 45-55lbs ... thats right, not a typo but do this only with a device that isnt going to tear at anything, such as a vacuum
hanger .. NOT A BIB!!!!! no offense to the bib users or bib himself. I would assume it could tear off.
Okay than, do that with much heavier
weight than usual but for only under 30 seconds at the most if you can. If you can go longer than it should NOT exceed 60 seconds.
Hopefully the stretch would be the most intense you have had and last for at least 5 seconds, but less is fine.
You would terminate the set when you feel your penis cant hold the
weight anymore.
Do 3 or 5 sets of these to start with and than rest 2 days and do the same again.
Try it for a few weeks and I betcha you will start to see something but when you use the heavier
weight makesure its quite heavier than you have delt with before.
Now, how does it work and why so short? Well your penis is capable of handleing much heavier
weights and would gain better from them ... see dash's report on what he has lifted with his cock!!! and thats with conventional methods so I would guess with what I'm writing about he could really break records. The brief massive shock to the body causes it to react like never before and thats to build more length to that stretched ligament and in time make it stronger aswell, but you will keep adapting to this.
