Never had much luck with the stress ball mod. It was a pita to get it filled and oriented correctly. I just said to hell with it and vac modded. It's an extreme amount of suction, but one gets used to it. I can pump north of 200 and vac mod to about 210-215 comfortably. 220 and my dick feels like it's gonna rip right off.
