Well I understand where your coming from but I have two things to say about that. Firstly you call it a flaccid hang, and there is no way that he is totally flaccid in those pics, not even if he is a shower. Look at the veins protruding out, and the semi rigid way it hangs down. It looks to me like he had an erection or tried to and couldn't keep it straight up for the camera. Either that or he's incapable of getting any harder. No he's at a high semi-erect state there at the very least.
Then look at the guy's body. Look how narrow his shoulders are and how bony his arms are, and how tiny his waste is. Take that all into account of proportions and think how skinny his legs would be compared to an average male. Even if he isn't short his knees are off the screen so you can't really tell how far down his leg it would go. Even though it looks to me like he's built extremely short and skinny. He's a monster, no doubt, but not 10 x 8, or 14 x 10, or any insane size like that. He is neither as long as Dld, or as thick as shane or REDZULU imo. I stand by my guesstimated 9.5 nbpl x 6.5 eg, something I wish every day that I had.
