I wouldn't say 1 hour in particular, but I suggest wearing it for a little while at a lower, comfortable tension in the beginning each day. The soft tissues will relax and it then becomes much easier to dial it out for more tension.

When I tried to "yank" a stretch immediately I always got frustrated with it. I then started to use the technique of letting it relax for a while first. It made the penis more pliable and more cooperative for real stretching.
 
i had trouble gaining more in length for a couple of months so i have to say in 5 months (150 days),10 hours per average with the static stretcher i gained 0.25" which is very visible in the ruler and i have to report this.my midshaft girth is 6" now and the base girth is 6.5"(which probably due to static stretching is cemented).I am very happy with the results and i will continue to stretching with static stretcher combined with th heavy duty in a routine like


1 hour heavy duty
5 hours static stretcher
1 hour heavy duty
2 hours static stretcher

and some jelqing 1 day on,1 off like 10 minutes for nice circulation combined with a lot of kegels.
the heavy duty seems promising.i can wear it in high tension for like 1.5 hour straight with no discomfort at all and no fluid build up.I am loving it and it's the first day already!
once i reach my length goal.i do not know.my length goal is when my dick seems thin for my length!!!(about 9.5" bpel at least) and after that i will start clamping and i will only use the wrap only to probably cement the length forever or loose only 0.25".so propably by next year i will cement 8.5" nbpel forever.clamping is fun work for me!!I can do it for life and 0.5" girth gain seems achievable with it in a matter of months for me and the kegels and the expansion i get!circulation and not over doing is the key.
