You need to do Bundles before both length and girth work. 5-10 minutes is plenty of time. The reason you want to do this is because it pre-stretches the tough, Tunica and will allow you to take on more inner expansion which equates to overall growth. The Tunica is the most limiting factor in PE and Bundles have become the most valuable way to break down the Tunica and make faster gains.

Bundles are way too good to not use. I've recently started bundles and jelqs before each routine to loosen things up before I get to the heavy hitters in my routine. Seems to work well.

Try bundling as tightly as you can and only allow slack if you need it to stretch. You'll want to be careful to avoid skin pinch but other than that it's pretty straight forward.

I added 5 min (5 sets of 1 min) of Erect Stretch. My question is when is the best time for it in my routine? So far I've been doing it as a warmup along with erect kegels, but today I did it at the end of my routine, and it felt better. So it's ok to do my erect stretches at the end of routine?
 
usually mid session I'll experience really good eq which is better time for ES

I have good eq at the end of my session. Plus baby powder left from earlier exercises helps with a grip. I don't want to do it mid session, and change focus from "be flaccid" to "be erect". At the beginnign, in the middle, at the end - all good times to do erect stretches.
You can never go wrong doing this awesome exercise.

It does not even need to fall into your routine, you could do them in bed before your sleep. Get them in whenever you can but be sure to get them in!

True that, I write into my log the 5mins I actually work on this as PE but if Id count all the like 2mins sessions I get throughout the whole mday I might be up to 15+min erect stretches a day.
Exactly as mike said, I do them for example with the morning wood, before I get to sleep etc.

Lateest update: everything was going great, until I injured my fernulum. It got painfyl yesterday with a small wound appearing. This moring it started bleeding a little. So I'm taking time off from any PE until it heals. Damn, and I was really on fire with my trainging.
Two notes: first I need to make my wrapping for [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] better. Add some layers to soften it up. Maybe bandage or a gauze.
Second: This problems with a fernulum happen to me from time to time. But last time it happened, it took two weeks to heal. The good news is that after that two weeks I gained 0.5in (1cm) in length! I'm not sure, but I think that everytime I gain length, my fernulum gets hurt. Maybe I won't get longer without resizing fernulum, cause it holds back the gains.
What you guys think? Is fernulum holding back my gains?

This could solve your frenulum injuries forever.

Also if careful, length work can be done even with frenulum injuries/tying.

I'm reading the thread right now. I thought about it back in the day, but problems with tight fernulum went away. Now they're back.

As for injury: my frenulum was kind of "tired" and rough from all the length work. So I decided to give it a rest. And at night I had nighttime ejaculation, and in the morning I saw it was bleeding. I must have been humping the bed or something while asleep. :blush: and it caused the injury on already worn down frenulum.

Not exacly. I have a wound on my frenulum, and if it got a little bigger it would tear by itself. I even masturbated last night, hoping it would tear. But even though it's injured, it doesn't want to give up. I will try frenulum tying if I'll be brave enough. But first I should let it heal, I think.

I think masturbation for it to tear could work for you but might be painful and you might get aesthetically not a pleasing scar.
With frenulum tying there is no pain and you tie it exactly as you wish and can get aesthetically perfect look if done correctly.

I today came into conclusion Im gona do a second tie in a few days (or maybe today not sure) so Im gona make it 100% perfect.

A wound on the Frenulum will continue to become bigger as you stretch so inadvertently you will still be elongating and lessing the frenulum.

Ok. So it looks like it healed. It's still tender to touch, but looks alright. Only problem is that it looks like my frenulum is shorter than before. So tying will definitely be neccesary. I'm reading the thread abut tying, and I'll start looking for needed items around the town.

I thought your frenulum would get shorter, that hapens most of the time when it gets injured.

Go throught the frenulum tying topic, take you time, take day maybe even weeks to get throught everything, set yout mind, get the stuff needed and nothing will stop you.
 
Ok. So I did it. I tied my frenulum on 26 Feb at 6:15 PM. On 05 March at about 8 PM I had to add another tie, because the first one got too loose. I didn't take it out, just left two ties in there. On 07 March around 1:30 AM ties cut through. They didn't fall off thought. I had to make them looser by clipping parts with nail clipper and then moving it around with tweezers. Took me good 20-30 minutes of work to take ties off, but I managed to do it without damaging anymore skin.
When the tie was in I soaked it in hot water with salt for 10 min 3 times a day, plus applied bacctirin and antiseptic spray often.

Now I'm just waiting for it to fully heal. First it was very tender, now it's much better. I'm applying scar softening gel and baby oil to make it smooth.

I feel like the fren was my problem. It was too short and was literally holding back my gains. After two years of PE I gained 0.5 inch in BPEL. So kinda modest gains.
Now it may change. Sounds like you are doing things the right way. Frenulum work can be dangerous so it is smart to take your time and heal properly.
 
Ok. Quick update. I'm not doing any PE now, just waiting for scars after tying my frenulum to heal.
Here's the thought: some guys here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], claim that frenulum is not just a small piece of skin that connects glans to foreskin, but it runs under the skin from glans to the base. And it makes sense, cause after I basically removed my fren, I can feel a tight piece of "string" on the underside of my penis.
And I believe that my frenulum was taking most of the force while I was stretching, which is the cause for my lack of gains. That and the fact that my frenulum was really thick, both from left to right and front to back.
So I decided to tie a second time, after scars heal. Hope to break this frenulum under the skin.
No rush for now. But first tie did amazing work. And if second goes as well as the first, it's gonna be awesome.
