Hi guys. I've been doing PE for some time now, but never had a progress thread. So I'm starting this one now, hoping to get some feedback from you guys, to help me correct some mistakes that I probably will be making. Recently I lost some size again, but I'm getting on a new routine as soon as my schedule will be stable, so this or next week. At fist I'll be doing some light work to re-condition my penis again, and later on I'll be doing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words], with some things cut off maybe, because of time avalible.

My current stats are as follows:
BPEL: 20cm/7.87inches
NBPEL: 18cm/7.09inches
EG: 14,3cm/5.63inches
BPFSL: 21,5cm/8.46inches
FL: 14,5cm/5.71inches
FG: 12,5cm/4.92inches

My main goal is BPEL of 9 inches/23cm. I don't have EG just now, but any inrease would be welcome rofl Plus any FL or FG gains are nice but not very important to me.

If I'll be short on time, I'll just focus on length for now.
Routine:
1). Bundled Stretches in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] x 5-10min
2). Behind the cheecks: (left, center, right) x 30sec x 3 sets
3). Straight Down: (left, center, right) x 30sec + 25 rotary cranks x 3 sets
4). Straight Out: (left, center, right) x 30sec + 25 rotary cranks x 3 sets
5). Straight Up: (left, center, right) x 30sec + 25 rotary cranks x 3 sets

Applying hydrocortisone (which is magic BTW) and hop in the PF.

Nice :) You just need to be consistent to cemenet those gains,and after that they are not going to go away,never.

First, you routine looks kick ass! I like how you are progressing into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] routine, that is the smartest way to do so. No luck needed, you will gain! I also want to say that I am happy you are finding the amazing properties of Hydrocortisone.

Well, you wrote that routine so no wonder it kicks ass ;) Luck is need to stay consistent and not get injured. And that hydrocotisone is amazing, wish I read about it earlier. Solved all my skin problems, which were a big issue in PE for me.
 
I'd say do kegels also. It'll help you fatigue your pelvic muscles and ligaments which could help you gain faster. And maybe some reverse kegels while you're using the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words]. Sounds like a good routine though. Very thorough hitting the ligs and after beating up the tunica with bundles even. Really, you just need to stay consistent with it and I think you'll continue to see gains. Still though, kegels can boost your eq, allow you to halt orgasm, or power through one, and multiple orgasms eventually (weird but great feeling.. I'd recommend them to everyone I knew if it were socially acceptable. Women too even. Tightens things up for them, and probably helps with orgasm.

Actually, I forgot to write it here. I'm doing erect kegels every day, 140 reps now. I did lots of flaccid kegels back in the day, up to 2100 daily, but it seems that less kegels done erect= bette EQ. Thanks for the tip though.

That's a great total. Erect kegels are tough too. Still trying to get my total up with those. It's tough cause I am doing a girth [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] deal so it eventually hurts the eq. Stick with those suckers for sure.

Yeah,the more blood you have in your dick,the heavier it'll be,and you stress your PC muscle even more..you can go one step further,and try to put something on your erect dick,like a wet cloth,and then kegel.You will make your PC muscle super strong !

Yup. I did it with a towel on, but it was too hard for me at the moment. With PC muscle I believe in "stimulate, don't annihilate" philosophy.

If you like the Hydrocortisone I have some very good news, we are currently creating our own cream that will have a Hydrocortisone base with other ingredients (can't say yet). But I think this will be a very good thing. Hydrocortisone is so soothing, so good with skin issues, so powerful in many ways that I thought we could definitely improve on it and have our own, here, in the Brotherhood.

True,then stay with erect kegels until your PC muscles gets stronger,than you can try towels if you want.
 
Ok. Started yesterday. Did a routine, applied hydrocortisone, and put on a PF. Went for 6 hours straight. Couldn't do the restimulating every hour [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] way by adding stretches. Got some nasty edema in the foreskin, but since I didn't do PF for over a month, it was expected. Today I'll do my routine later on, and colck some time in PF too. Since I went with 6 hours straight, I may try sleeping with my PF on tonight. The tension will be much smaller then used when I'm awake. During the day I use high green, during night very low green. Barely any green showing.

And DLD, that cream you making may be awsome. Just the shipping from US to EU is always a problem. I love hc cream so much because also of its price. Dirt cheap, like 1.50$ per tube. If I were to get cream from US it'd be much higher price, because of the shipping cost probably.

Very cheap and extremely effective. I do not want to change the Hydrocortisone, I want to make it better. This is in it's infancy so I will have more info as time goes on. In the meantime keep that Hydrocortisone on hand.

A few quick updates: first time in my 2 years of starting PE the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] way, I started skipping warm ups and warm downs. Since I strap myself into PF after doing my training routine anyways, I thinks warm down would be a waste of time. Warm ups are another matter, but I read many advanced guys skip them, so I did too. And its all good. I did watch adult entertainment and got an erection to warm it up a little prior to my routine, which seems to work even better than what I used to to - the hot wrap method.
Today was the first day that I did restimulation while in PF roughly every hour. Kinda wierd to use every chance I get to go to the bathroom and do my stretches (BTC left, center, right [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 30[/words] sec each + 25 rotaries), but hey, gains are worth it. To not look like a weirdo, I used different bathroom everytime.
And I measured my FL half-way during todays routine, and I was 17cm/6.69inches. So almost an inch (2.5cm) longer than last time I measured and 2cm/0.79 longer than my max usual! I think it was mostly because of bundled stretches before my routine. Penis feels much more stretchable this way.

Sounds like some nice obvious gains. Bundles are the best really. They're like the ultimate stretching strategy. Have you tried bundling in the pf? I heard JakeM82 had some serious success with length with bundles in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. He's like 9.5 now.

Thank Jake when it works. Guy gained almost as well as dld did. Combining that with what you're already doing and your routine is a monster.

Can't wait to see how your measuring goes when you finally do it.
 
I'm back at it. Last 9 days were with no PE. Just gotta stick to it.

I'm trying it today. I'm strapped in PF bundled as I'm writing this. Just need to find a better way to keep it twisted. Right now I twist it and leave it there, pressed against my hip. It holds, but overtime loosens up.

That is going to happen and frequent re-bundling and tightening will be necessary. Holding a Bundle long term is far easier in a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] or the Phallogenetics.

I will try PhalloGenetics soon. It may roll too, but when the wire is tight enought, it may stop it from untwisting. But for now I can hold abot 360 rotation for an hour if I don't move around much. Did it yesterday for 6 and a half hours, all bundled. Plus some stretching every hour.
 
And when you do normal extending after all that how much further do you stretch?

Definitely not wrong. Bundled extending has shown great promise so far. The more the merrier.

With the pf, it might help if you use a q tip or something like that to hold the twist. Just stick it through any opening in the Bell and it should keep it from being untwisted. Not that familiar with the pfs bell but I think it's possible to keep it like that with something in the way like that.

Not doing a fantastic job explaining here...

Imagine a a guitar tuner. Put a long piece of steel through if. It won't be able to rotate past the tuner next to it due to the steel hurting it. You want to figure out how to make that effect with the pf against your body. Hope that's a little clearer.
 
OK. I figured it out somehow. It may not be ideal but it works pretty well so far. I just put on my PF, twist as much as I can (about 360 on first hour, later a little more), press the bell to my body and pull elastic waistband of my boxers over PF bell, so that it would keep it from twisting back. Works good. But if anydoby uses that technique, remeber to tuck in your shirt over PF bell! Because it's not fully covered by your boxers and if your pants ride down a little you may get embarassed! So spare it and tuck in your shirt.
Another thing I noticed: after a few hours in pf I had some serious edema, especially in the foreskin. It stopped me from doing my PE routine sometimes, since I was waiting for the edema to go away before begining stretching. Now I simply roll back the foreskin and squeeze out the edema. After a few minutes edema is gone. I was doing it erect first, thinking I'll be better, but flaccid works best.
If you have edema from pf or other vaccum device, try it. May be worth it.

Idk much about the edema issue, but it doesn't sound like it's much in your way if you can treat it in minutes. Just stick to the safe limits with the pf. Blisters can happen and you can count on that halting you for good week. I've had that before and it's super gross.

I had something blister-like. Twice. Took some time to cure. But funny thing is I only get them while using pf overnight. So for now I use daytime only.
As for rubber bands - how should I do it? Nothing comes to my mind.

Yea, you might want to just try wrapping at night because that's not good times. Mine took a week and I lost all my momentum. Sucked hardcore.

I thought you said you used a single rubber band to secure if. Just figuring 3 would hold it better.

Never heard of that, but I'll try. But will it work for me if I keep foreskin over most of my glans while in pf? Just put babypowder over my foreskin, right?
 
So you're getting blisters on the foreskin? Why don't you leave it to hang outside the bell?

Exactly, this should make the area smooth and more difficult to create a blister. I would also try Temps advice also. Good luck and let us know if we can help you with anything else.

It's a little wierd but when I retract the foreskin I can't put my dick in the bell. It just won't fit. But if foreskin covers the glans I can slide into the bell. This leaves foreskin partially retracted when in the bell.

Sorry for not replying earlier.
I use a waistband of my boxers, but not like a band, just a part of boxers. So I put on boxers and slide them down so the edge of boxer shorts holds PF bell in place. Hope it;s clear to understand.
 
But are you pressing the button while pushing the head in sort of like you apply the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] ?
 
Quick update on my progress:

1. 5-10 min of bundled stretching in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]
2. BTC : left, center, right, x 30sec x 3 sets
3. DLD Blasters [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 30[/words] sec x 5 sets
4. Straight Up Rotary stretches x 25 cranks x 3 sets
hop into PF, restimulate every hour (BTC: left, right , center)x 30sec + 25 rotary cranks. Going as much as I can, wearing PF bundled 360. Seems to work quite well, since I had to shorten the PF belt a few times.
On another note, I started to take medication to lower blood pressure prescribed to me by my doc.
My EQ dropped significantly, but, and that;s weird, libido has gone up.
So I'm a horny dude with a limpy dick. Oh maybe just not as hard as it should be. But it's still better than getting a heart attack, right?

Well, you wrote that routine so no wonder it kicks ass ;) Luck is need to stay consistent and not get injured. And that hydrocotisone is amazing, wish I read about it earlier. Solved all my skin problems, which were a big issue in PE for me.

Good shit my Brother! I am glad you hooked up with the Hydrocortisone, it is a skin saver. Also remember to use it on your face after shaving, this will keep you wrinkle free for life! I am almost 50 now and not one wrinkle.

Thanks, but I just got it from waaay too much stress, plus genetics I guess. High blood pressure is a family thing for me. >:(

I did the logo back in 1989 for LIGHTNING. The record company was huge. He also was the creator of Dusty Fingers and School yard Breaks. Every big hiphop producer from Dr. Dre to DJ Premier have used these records heavily in their production. LIGHTNING is a legend in the HipHop world.

Good thing they sell it in pack of 9 cm/ 3.5 in total, so it should be enough forever.

BTW: How people with large girth fit in this? I'm not even 6 in girth and base is kinda small. Not too small for me, but for a guy with 7 " girth?

It just crossed my mind. Guess when you're above 6" girth not only blowjobs get harder, PE does too!
