What have you gained since starting this thing.

I have actually lost 0.2 inches, and my errection became softer...before i started it used to be hard, but now it's all weak and its hard to get an errection now....and everytime i do the stretches after heating up, my dick feels so lifeless and it becames very hard to get semi errections to jelq, so when i start jelquing, i have a mild errection, but losing after about 150...

and i have a question, is it ok the kegel without an errection?
and stretching should be done while flaccid correct...

I gained 4" in erect length and 2" in girth in my time training. I can tell you this, flaccid gains are one of the best signs of coming erect ones. I don't know how many times I noticed measurable gains in flaccid size then erect gains were right around the corner. Plus more flaccid size just feels more masculine.
 
I have a question. 4 days ago i had sex with my girlfriend and i noticed it was bigger, both in length and girth. And she said it was diffentaly bigger. But the next day it went back to regular size. Does anyone know why. Its been 4 days since and it still the same.

How long have you been doing Penis Enlargement? How long are your sessions? How many sessions do you do a week on average?

It take it you are new at Penis Enlargement? When i first started it was almost impossible to do jelgs with 50percent errect. Just keep at it and your dick will get use to it and your errections will get alot harder. Now i am able to do jelqs at 100percent and do DLDS compression Squeezes.

It doesnt matter if you do kegel errect or not. I do kegels during my girth session it helps make it more intense. But, it takes TIME to get up to that point.
 
Your errections will get alot better as long as you keep on Penis Enlargementing. All of these guys wouldnt come on here and lie about getting harder errections and getting bigger. So trust me, this stuff is awsome for Penile Health.
And do your stretches when your flacid. Its not safe to do it when your hard. Especially when your new to tha game. When i first started my workouts were an hour long. I would increase your time alil more once your dick gets use to it and you think you can handle it.
 
I haven't made any erect gains yet either. I wouldn't worry for at least a month or two, though if you haven't gained anyhting in 2 months, consider revising your technique.

As for losing 0.2 inches, take into account your erection quality. I know I'm at absolute maximum erection its just over six inches, but if it drops to even like 95% it falls quickly to 5.5 or less. So consider your erection quality when you're measuring.
 
Some people's erections become permanently weaker. Myself, Tbirdy, Provider, Hope, and others have complained about permanently weaker erections. I Penis Enlargement'd on and off for 2.5 years (approximately) and have a bigger flaccid hang and no morning wood plus weak erections that require a lot of manual stimulation to even get going. My advice is to think about what you want to do from here on out.

I did Phase one which is includes basic stretches and jelqing. Thats basically it. But i have been changing my technique some and improving as my lot has changed somewhat. INow i do phase one for an hour and i do the stretches bundled. And i do DLD Blasters after that for about 20 to 30 mintues. I do 50 reps or so. Then I do 15 to 30 minutes of jelqing with 95% to 100% errect.
