Hey guys,

So I am fucking frustrated at this point. I've basically been doing the newbie stretching routine except I stretch for 2 minutes in every direction, and my stretching takes 25 minutes a day. I also do something like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] except that I sort of edge to keep the blood pumping in. I do that two times a day for 15 minutes a session. I also do 100 quick kegels and 50 10 second holds.

It has been a month and I have seen no gains. I have even avoided masturbating as much as possible to possibly help my gains. Why the fuck haven't I seen any gains. My goal in this was to gain at least a half inch in length every three months. That's all I want. What the fuck, so frustrated!
 
Oh I also forgot to mention that I stretch at night and then put on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s band thing all night until the morning. That's a good seven hours with it on. Another reason why I am frustrated that I haven't seen any gains.
 
It sounds like you may need to make some adjustments to your routine to make things start moving. If you have practiced a routine for a month without gains either the intensity is not high enough who the penis needs more advanced exercises. Your current routine is the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] time and exercise wise?
 
The great thing besides the videos and all the info is the one on one help with Mike, he will bend over backwards for you. He wil do that on the forum, but the pay site is like gold. If someone said hey, I only got $50 bucks what should I spend it on....I say PAYSITE!! It is the ultimate tool.

What do you think of the advice you have gotten? Has it helped?
 
At this point I don't know what to do, despite the advice. I guess I will join the member site, but I really don't know how much of a difference that would make at this point. To answer DLD's first question, I do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] except I stretch for much longer than what the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] recommends. The only thing I have left out is the jelq, so that may be the issue. I frankly don't know. I also don't know how to increase the intensity of my workouts.

Well maybe you need to switch into a more intense routine. The architecture of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] is solid and can be interchanged with any variation of exercises. For instance, the Jelq could be replaced by the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words]. This would make the girth portion more intense and bring greater expansion. If that does not work you can go with more and more advanced efforts or start to include equipment to aid in the girth process.

The same thing applies to the Length Section. Although I think the Newbie Stretches are the best stretches a man can do to cover most angles he needs to see length gains, some men may need something that is stronger than this. Some men may replace the newbie stretches with DLD Blasters, or [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] Super Sets, or some stretch they have devised that works best for them. We are all different and that is why there is a variety of exercises, gear and routines. If one thing is not working it is time to try something new. Do not get discouraged, find what works for you! It is worth the investment of time, I promise you. Once you find what works and you start seeing gains your whole perspective will change! I believe you can do it!

Hey man. I was in your boat about a month ago. After close to 3 months of no measurable gains, I was to the point of quitting. I stuck with it, changed a few things, and sure as shit, at the 4 month mark I finally had gains. Bpel +.25", eg +.25". Granted its only a quarter inch, but that's huge when I was seeing nothing month after month. Stick with it man. everything you need is here on the site and on the web. Pe takes a lot of dedication. A lot more than I thought it was going to take atleast. Buy an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or anything ti supplement your manuals with. You won't regret it. I bought a pos [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] from eBay for cheap. Ya its crappy and kinda hard to get comfortable in, but I have figured out how to dial it in to make it work for me. And now wear it 6+ hrs a day. Good luck sir. Keep your eyes on the prize.

What made the biggest difference for you? Why do you think happened to allow the new gains?
 
I guess at this point I am just going to wait it out. I am also going to start jelqing again because believe it or not I believe my length gains in the past came from this.

My biggest issue I guess is this: I have NEVER felt sore after stretching. I really don't know why that is. It have stretched with as much intensity as possible, but never felt sore afterwards. Plus I tried the DLD blasters and I really either can't reverse kegel correctly or I just don't feel the stretch.

If this does not work for me after one month I am going to begin hanging with the hope that maybe it will work out better for me. I REALLY REALLY do not want to develop turkey neck, but if this stuff doesn't begin to work after a month I am going to give it a go. I really want to gain at least 3 inches in length and will do whatever is necessary to do that over the next two years. Here's to hoping!

If the answer is no, then you must ask, do I have the huge amount of time to research and piece mill a working plan together? If yes then get busy. Plus every time someone gets a membership I am able to buy new sneakers:)
 
Makes sense. I honestly just don't want to waste my time and not get anywhere. I also don't want to quit. I've done quite a bit of research and tried this in the past and I believe gained .6 inches, but that might have been a measuring error. Dash, actually it was your old post about your routine that inspired me earlier today. I have done a ton of research, and have tried Penis Enlargement out on three separate occasions, but I saw earlier today that you gained nearly three inches by hanging for one twenty minute set a day. Plus you jelqed 500 to 800 times. That inspired me to start hanging. I felt like maybe hanging would be the solution because manual stretching doesn't seem to work for me. I believe I am slowly getting results with girth, but not with length. So since I am on a limited budget I figured getting a hanger would be more worth it than signing up for the pay site.

After doing the above for 30 days as a newbie, you shouldn't be looking for erect gains too soon. What you should look out for after the first 30 days of training is the gain in BPFSL.

You gained in BPFSL. The above routine is intense for a newbie and it should work for you.
