So I am fucking frustrated at this point. I've basically been doing the newbie stretching routine except I stretch for 2 minutes in every direction, and my stretching takes 25 minutes a day. I do that two times a day for 15 minutes a session. I also do 100 quick kegels and 50 10 second holds.
It has been a month and I have seen no gains. I have even avoided masturbating as much as possible to possibly help my gains. Why the fuck haven't I seen any gains. My goal in this was to gain at least a half inch in length every three months. That's all I want. What the fuck, so frustrated!
