Okay, thanks. I took your advice to heart and started scouring the net for info and pics of manual restorers and it seems like alot of men who have the kind of coverage and cock I want to have did manual stretching with very little else. I have really went at it for a year straight...maybe I am over-doing it...? Something to think about. I recently had an injury t-taping with too much tension and now have a weird little sore on my c-scar that is taking awhile to heal properly. I think I may stop everything and just do manual stretching routines for a month, like I tried out the pumping, and see how that affects my foreskin restoration. I trust you, Ex, and am open to your suggestions. You are almost as experienced with this as me...one of the original restorers here.
Hey Kong, I am glad that you take my information to heart and that you trust me on what I say, as I do the very same for you. I feel we can help each other quite a lot by sharing our information and views, and buddy let me say that I have learnt quite a bit, FR is something that you got me doing, yes YOU.
I was an unsucessful Penis Enlargement'r before you came a long, and I just remember seeing your posts about FR at first I dismissed you as a looney, and thought why the hell would anyone want to do this..... Well I must say I do thank you a lot for what you opened me up to as when I researched off the words you preached, the truth I learned has changed my life completely and given me a hell of a lot of emotional stuff to deal with, and of course once you know what you know you can never un-know it and so you have to keep on tugging to the end.
FR is something which I feel makes someone very strong, as there is so much emotional things surrounded with this, it requires a lot of dedication and a whole range of feelings will be felt in the journey to wholeness.
I congratulate you on your gains though, if I did not sound too congratulating at first, I think your gains are excellent and well done for sticking at it for a year.
I have been like you during FR. Chopping and changing methods trying out many different things, but through all the methods and devices (CAT II RO) I have used/bought Manual is the definate way for me.
Let me elaborate a bit more on why I think manual is one of the best ways.
First of all it is essential that your skin has the time to heal. I really do recommend a minimum of 12 hours rest in between a session. Hell I get over 23 hours of rest. One of the reasons for this is mitosis, allow your skin cells time to grow. This was always one of my theories but what really swung this for me was that I got in touch with a restore list site owner and they have a doctor who specializes in this field of medicine. He highly recommended that you give time to rest.
Now studies have never really been conducted on the following, but I have heard a lot of talk about High intensity (short bursts of strain, and long rest) vs medium-high intensity and long tugging. In my experience and reports of other restorers, I have heard a lot of positive on the High intensity-long rest way, but I have also heard good on the latter method as well but from what I see (and with my own personal progress) the high intensity way seems to be the best. There is also talk about having varied levels of strain. This is something that can be easily achived with manual as you can go from high intensity to medium, to very high to medium etc very easily. Apparently this is meant to be (in theory) the holy grail of a fast way to induce growth of skin cells.
Of course with FR things are hardly documented very well, but at least we know that enough rest time is imperative.
Last but not least with manual, I find it very easy to isolate particular areas to stretch i.e: the mucousal tissue.
I hope this helps you out Kong and anyone else who is doing FR, remember...
KOT but dont forget to KOR! (keep on resting
Peace.
