I had my first stretching workout the other day!
My warm up/down was done inside the bathtub. This worked great, but I was concerned about my testicles getting really hot. Would you think dipping my unit only inside a hot water cup work the same? Or the ligaments won't get all the warmth needed for stretching?
I did all the newbie stretches once instead of thrice. I just want to condition myself slowly.
After stretching my ligaments felt tired and a bit weird. Is this normal? I haven't exercised for 2 days and the fatigue has gone away. I was also a bit worried that I would have trouble getting an erection but a nice movie and a girl made all insecurities go away.
About keggels, do you thing they should be incorporated during the pe session, or will anytime of the day suffice for doing them?
My measurements are (while sitting down, legs apart) 15 cm nbpel, 16.5 cm bpel, 13cm mid shaft girth, 14 cm base girth, flaccid length is around 9-10cm. My first goal is to reach the 18 cm limit. That's a bit over an inch in gains.
Since I am pretty happy with my girth I am thinking of skipping jelqing. Do you think my erections will be strong enough by doing stretching exercises only?
