hey guys,

i must confess that i've been a lurker for quite some time and have finally summoned up the courage to post some pics of my modest tool. :blush: i've been Penis Enlargementing for about three years now....

I started at about 5 inches bpel but after 3 years of hard work i measure at 7.25". For all you skeptics out there, this stuff really works.... i'm living proof rofl

Well done man! You have gone from small to big! You look like a monster in that pic! What's your girth? And what was your starting girth?

What sort of routine or excersize would you say got you most of your gains?

well im envious of you cause that vein you have up top can officially be called the "clit killer" cause i don't think there is a way that think won't rub up against it unless your popping it doggy style

Provider and RN, i havent really measured my girth lately as i have mainly concentrated on length and overall penis fitness. i will get down to it and get back to u (at work now so its not a good time to measure :s ) i really dont have a routine that i follow as such, i just try to mix it up as much as possible. Some days i hit it pretty intensly (i.e. 1hr) and some days my routine may last as little as 10 minutes. I have a feeling that having variety hasnt actually allowed my member to get use to the Penis Enlargement and plateau my gains.

i found that i got most of my gains be edging, squeezes and careful erect bends (and when i say careful i really mean careful). My member seems to really react badly to strectching or intensive jelqs so i tend to keep those types of exercises to a minumum ( i.e i still do them but exercise restraint and not go over board). I find that when i overexercise my general well being is also affected (just like when you really hit it hard at the gym). I think its the bodies natural reaction to any activity that stresses it.

i also do a lot of intensive kegelling whenever i can and have found that this has allowed me to keep a rock hard erection without much concentration. :blush:

The key for me is not to overexercise since i found that this can actually hamper gains in the long run. i found that i actually lose size if i over exercise (i.e. its almost as if the ligaments pull themselves back in protest). An example is when my erections are not as strong or there is a slight numbness. Thats when i know that i have to chill and take a couple of days rest and ease back into it again.

Philadelph, sorry mate, dont have any b4 pics although i wish i had taken them so there is some tangible proof that i have gained. Sigh.....There are times when i look at my member and think that i havent grown at all but i guess most of us feel some way at one point or another :s (its a natural male response to Penis Enlargement i guess and i just learn to live with it ;) ).

That is one fine looking pistol you are packing there mr trupa. Was any of your babes with you fron start until now? And, if so, what do they think of your new huge tool?

I went from about 5 1/2" to over 8" and my woman is now having orgasms from intercourse. I have also gained pretty good in girth so I have had to learn to use lots of lube and go easy after good foreplay. Otherwise she will tear and bleed and hurt. 5 to over 7 and 5 to to 8 inches man u guys are livin proof this shit works wonders. I always thought about hookin up with a girl i did in the past after i gained from pe to see the reaction. Only problem i havent hooked up with enough gals rofl
 
hello my first post i to have been peing for about 3 years started at 5.75 by 4.5 now at 7.25 by 5.75 .I have been really working girth the last 3 months clamping has done wonders i am just starting to get the big vien also and have 4 really large ribs on both sides after a good work out.Keep up the good work it works.
