I will be Penis Enlargementing for the next two months and this is a routine that I have come up with. Stretches:
Downward - 3 directions- 3 sets - 30 seconds each stretch.
Outward - 3 directions- 3 sets - 30 seconds each stretch.
Upward - straight up - 3 times - 30 seconds each stretch.
(Cant seem to get a good enough grip for the left and right stretches for the upward workout so I chose to discard it).
Rotational stretch - 1 minute each - 3 of these.
I am also unsure about the behind the cheeks stretches..how useful are they when it comes to length gains? As they are currently not in my routine.
? I put my penis between my legs in flaccid state as far as it goes, and I close my legs and hold tight and bend my back backwards until I feel a strong pull, almost like a rip in my pubic area, but it feels good none the less. Should I continue doing these? I do around 3 of these..30 seconds - 1 minute each.
Jelqs:
300 Jelqs for the first two weeks, then 600 after this until the two month period is over.
Kegels:
50 kegels - hold them for 2 seconds each and release.
My starting stats are 5.9"-6.0" x 6.2" and my only goals are length related. I am unsure on how well jelqs increase length instead of girth, so im unsure if there is a point in doing the jelqs. I have been lurking the forums for a few months, and have never taken this seriously, but now I have set my mind to take this as seriously as possible and do these workouts 5 days on, 2 days off for a two month period. My goals are 7"-8" inches long..and gaining an inch by the end of these two months will be amazing.
I would also love to hang as I think it will be the best approach for length gains, but I would need to go with a homemade hanger, so if you can recommend something that would work perfectly, please post up
