finished my first month a few days ago. i am hanging 3 sets per day 7 days per week and raising the weight 1 lb per week. i started at 5 lbs. moved up to 8 lbs now. did only raise it 1/2 lb one of those weeks. i havent noticed any magical erections and havent seen any length gains. say something motivational this is getting severely tough to keep doing every single day of my life and not seeing results
