Thanks DLD, I am going to try to progress in
weight a bit slower then what I should (increase
weight every 1.5-2 weeks, or add .5lbs every 1 week). The reason I'm doing this is because I feel that I adjust to
weight at a bit of a slower rate then other people. I had to take last week off because I went out of town and couldn't bring my Lg and
weights with me. I am going to hang 5 days a week, and then on weekends I'll do a bit of manual PE so they technically won't be days off. I am going to go consistently for the next month then I go out of town again for a few days then when I get back I'll go back to my normal sessions. I want to be able to hang 15-17lbs again for all 3 sets by end of April hopefully, im at 11 lbs right now!
